Your Words Are Your Future

We give birth to words through our mouths. But do you know they continue living in our minds and hearts long after we’ve spoken them!

Why is this?

Because, whether you’re listening to someone else or speaking yourself, the words you hear bring forth a thought. And Every thought is the starting point of manifestation.

There’s a simple instrument that can illustrate this in the simplest way by turning words into images. It’s called an eidophone and looks like a drum. The top is lined with rubbery material. An extending mouthpiece allows a person to speak words into it. Then a crystalline mixture spreads out on top.

As each word is spoken into the mouthpiece, these crystals form different shapes.

Saying ‘butterfly’ will cause the crystals to take on a beautiful butterfly formation. ‘Snowflake’ creates the pattern of a snowflake. Lovely words form lovely images.

Same principle applies to ugly words.

These harsh words – won’t mention any examplies today – never create beautiful images. Not a chance. Instead what appears are chaotic, haphazard, even grotesque formations.

They are as ugly to the ear and mind as they are to the eye.

Words are sounds with very specific meanings. Words make what’s invisible, visible. A mentor of mine likes to remind me, ‘don’t say anything about yourself you don’t wish to come true.’ And that applies to the present as well.

Saying ‘I feel tired’ WILL make you feel more tired. Whereas ‘I feel invigorated and full of life’ WILL make you feel less tired. Don’t believe me – then put it to the test.

One of my favorite quotes on the power of words is from Matthew 12.34:

"For the mouth speaks from the fullness of the Heart."

How You Become the Words You Speak

Do you know what describes the blueprint in your mind? The words you use.

Words Are your state of mind. They are alive and resonate way after you’ve spoken them.

Imagine someone using the words ‘I’m afraid I can’t come for dinner tonight.’ Even though they may not have deliberately meant they’re ‘afraid’, by using the word, they reveal a lot about their emotional and mental state.

Using the word ‘afraid’ means they’re confused because of they lack commitment – they’re not sure of what they are supposed to be doing. Like thinking one thing and feeling another.

You could say, being ‘afraid’ and makes you feel uprooted and, as a result, leads to impulsive decisions followed by regrets.

Okay, you see how one word can leave not only a deep impression, but also facilitate the speaker into acting out the underlying meaning of the word. And make the listener inwardly recoil.

People using the word ‘afraid’ in or out of context – though if you ask me, words are always used in context whether we realize it or not - want to be a success without going through the process of getting there. What they are really covering up is feelings of self-doubt and insecurity.

Now look at the word ‘good’. And say this out loud – ‘I feel GOOD today.’ This is a strong, wise word. When I use it in relation to myself, I feel free and alive inside. In fact, I feel unlimited. Can you sense the passion in this beautiful word.

Put some other words to the test. Feel their vibrations. I think you’ll be surprised and delighted. Even shocked. If you really do this exercise, I guarantee you’ll be much more discerning about what comes out of your mouth.

If you want a beautiful dose of words with good vibrations, have a listen to both the ‘Rejuvenation Visualization’ and ‘The Power of Concentration’ CDs. Both come as part of The Secret Power of Words and Music package, and, believe me – they bring these good vibrations to life in the clearest, deepest way.

Matter of fact, you won’t be attacked, mislead, or drained by anything you hear on any of the 5 CDs in the ‘Secret Power’ package. The opposite will happen – since the words and music were specifically created to re-awaken, rejuvenate, and rekindle the good, the beautiful and the wise in your heart and mind.

Putting the Culture into Music

Yesterday our daughter Clara asked to hear the song “Xylorimba” on the Renewal CD over and over again.

After an hour of this – and my earphones on, so I could compose - I told her a story about the instruments used in this joyful music.

The Kalimba is of Bantu origin. The marimba may be too, though some say the marimba originated in Southeast Asia in the 14th century. The Xylophone comes from Greece, Africa or Indonesia, depending on whom you ask. The glockenspiel is from Germany. And gongs are known to have existed in China from the Han dynasty - 200BC to 224AD.

So I wove many cultures into my story for her. As I was creating the plot, I wondered whether all people respond the same way, no matter what music they listen to.

What I found out is fascinating.

I discovered some very interesting research on how our brain responds to music from other cultures.

An MRI was used to observe subjects while they listened to music from various cultures. Results showed the brain activation was the Same, regardless of where the listener came from.

All people showed similar brain activity when exposed to Western classical or traditional Chinese musical excerpts. Significant parts of the brain were activated on both hemispheres. However, when musicians from various cultures were compared with non-musicians, differences did emerge.

Musicians showed far greater activity in the right superior temporal gyrus and middle of the brain when listening to both types of music. Plus, when musicians listened to Western classical music, they showed significant brain activity in the right middle frontal gyrus.

Whether those areas of the brain are on your radar screen or not, doesn’t matter. They’re activated nonetheless.

When languages were used as a contrast, brain activity was similar among all subjects listening to either English speech or Cantonese.

What this means is – when you turn on music, no matter where you are from – your brain will respond in a similar fashion to all other human beings. If you’re a musician, the response is heightened.

The key word here is – respond. You have no choice in the matter. If music’s playing, your brain is internalizing the signals.

If you eat too much sugar, you’ll eventually get very sick. If you listen to too much negatively charged music, your brain-cells will begin to die from starvation.

Why not give your most valuable organ the best ‘sound food’ possible. Every cell in your body will be instantly affected. There’s no doubt, the value of uplifting sounds is a big key to your happiness. Begin the season of Spring with joy.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. Daffodils and crocuses are out and beginning to share their exquisite colors. Spring is a great time to clear away the old, the no-longer useful, and clutter. Add rejuvenating sounds wafting through the air, and suddenly work turns to play. Enter a world of lightness and joy by plugging into these 5 CDs of positively charged music.

Can Words Be Unappetizing?

When you’re talking to someone, you want their full attention. What if you only get scattered attention? It doesn’t feel very good.

In fact, you may chose to end the conversation rather than risk get upset.

Now imagine spending time with someone and receiving absolutely no attention. My friend Kim witnessed such an event unfold in front of her.

Kim and her husband were dining out. At the table next to them, she couldn’t help but notice a very strange event.

This man and woman had obviously made plans to go out to dinner together. But, from the sounds coming out of the man’s mouth, you wouldn’t have known it. My friend Kim realized all was not right.

The man wasn’t conversing with the woman sitting across from him at all. He didn’t notice her eyes, her mouth, her facial expression, her dress and her body language. He totally ignored her. And yet, he was speaking.

You probably guessed by now, what he was doing.

Yes, this man was actively talking into his cellphone. According to Kim, this was not some important, unexpected phonecall. Kim and her husband know about those – they’re parents and both doctors. No, what Kim heard this man talk about was trivial – the weather, general gossip and so on. And so it went on and on, this conversation with his friend.

Meanwhile his date stared out into the distance. Kim was appalled at the rude and self-centered behavior unfolding next to her.

It drove home the reality and power of words, sounds and the intent behind them.

Every word, every sentence we speak carries a vibration. These vibrations reach everyone within hearing distance, or even beyond as science has proven. Every word’s meaning resonates deeply within us.

Think about it, verbalizing our thoughts is the primary form of communication people use.

Their sound and meaning is loaded. When you use words inappropriately, something always backfires. Inappropriate words directed in inappropriate ways always sting. And getting stung sticks in people’s memory.

On the other hand, words coming from a generosity of spirit, from compassion and infused with awareness, resonate and heal our hearts and minds. Notice how when someone with positive vibrations pays you a compliment. You immediately feel lighter and better. Often you feel so good, you return the favor.

The more we listen to and spend time on the positive end of the sound spectrum, the better off our lives and the lives of our loved ones are.

The ‘Power of Concentration’ and ‘Rejuvenation Visualization’ CDs, part of the Secret Power of Words and Music package, will inspire you on these very deep levels. You will hear extraordinary, timeless words interspersed with beautiful, calming music.

What happens with this unique combination of sounds.

A magnificent synergy is created. The wisdom in the words sinks in far more deeply when coupled with music.

On the wings on music, words are made more conscious. This is why children remember words much more easily when they sing a song. The music is an enabler, a powerful facilitator.

Use this facilitator to uplift and recharge your life. Taste the sweet joy of positively charged words and music Now.

Boy is Healed With Music

It must be frustrating for someone to have a stutter. I’m happy to report, one young boy’s stuttering is being alleviated with music.

I learned about it by accident.

Recently I spoke to a mother who is learning to play the violin. She was purchasing one of my husband Clayton’s instructional DVD courses.

In the process of our call, she mentioned her young son was very musical. He picks up her new violin, purchased in January, and plays.

No lessons, just sheer talent.

Then she mentioned that her son stutters. It’s something he has no control over when he speaks.

The next thing she told me stopped me in my tracks. Miraculously, when he picks up his mother’s violin and plays, his stuttering completely disappears. He can talk fluently and effortlessly over the music.

Now, isn’t that amazing. Music has the power to change your braincells instantly, as you know. But to this extent? Where music enables neurons to begin firing so that neural pathways clear the way and correct a speech impediment. Wow, isn’t that something.

I was thrilled and awed at the same time when she told me this.

How magnificent sound is. Yes, making and listening to certain sounds does heal your brain and body.

Why not join the fun and experience the music. The benefits from these sound vibrations is limitless. Go and hear the the Secret Power of Words and Music Now.

How Going Public is Good for You

For as long as I can remember I misunderstood something of great importance. I shared ideas I shouldn’t have. And kept my mouth shut, when it would have benefited myself and others to talk.

Here’s what I mean.

I used to talk to friends and family about my goals and hardly ever speak of my previous successes.

Now I know – don’t share your goals with people, only share your accomplishments. This is probably the opposite of what most of us are brought up to think. Never brag, we’ve been told.

Then I realized, sharing a previous success is Not bragging. It’s only bragging if you start comparing yourself to others, saying you’re better than so and so. But the retelling of the accomplishment is not and ego trip.

What I’ve learned Not to share - except with my husband and one or two supportive friends and mentors - are my visions for the future. It used to be vice versa. I’d share my dreams and goals and thereby dissipate their energy. At the same time, I would keep the excitement and energy of my previous accomplishments secret and quiet.

I didn’t understand my previous successes were my blueprint for my future. They literally set the emotional and mental stage for how I was to accomplish my next project, however large or small.

By celebrating your accomplishments you set the stage for future success.

You can toast your accomplishments anyway you want. Just celebrate them. Because celebrating is giving thanks. Sharing your happiness is a wonderful form of gratitude.

Last week I was at the Library of Congress for the East coast premiere of my 3rd string quartet ‘Luminescence’. Well, the reception to the music was tremendous. The sold-out house embraced me with rousing applause. I got up on stage and opened up my heart to receive the joy and gratitude. I was moved to tears and immensely grateful.

This is something I wanted to share with you. Because many of us are very good at giving, and not so good at receiving. It’s only when you can receive your successes with the joy you created them that they take on a life of their own and act as catalysts for your next success.

The deeper I go with this, the greater the return. It’s why playing positively-charged music while you work, create and celebrate is so important.

Ever wondered why kings and queens always celebrated with music. Because music motivates. Play music and everything sinks in more deeply. Music powers up your emotional juices. It is a key ingredient to living the good life.

Use this Secret Power in your life. Add these invaluable 5 CDs to your collection today.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. Accessing the Secret Power is easy. You don’t have to make room in your busy schedule. Just switch on the sounds while you’re cooking, working at your computer, exercising, driving, even watching tv.

Giza Pyramid is a Tuning Fork

Do you want to know how connected everything really is. Well, hold onto your seat, because you’re about to be taken on a very profound adventure.

It all begins with a note.

The note F and F# appears in some pretty unique places. Let’s start with your DNA.

DNA is not only affected by sound, it also Is sound. Nearly one third of your DNA resonates at the pitches F and F#, according to biologist Dr. David Deamer and composer Susan Alexjander.

What’s so special about this pitch.

F# major also happens to also be the chord all water vibrates at. Since we’re made up of more than 70 percent water, and our planet is made up of roughly the same amount – this is a pretty spectacular discovery.

In addition the note of F# is regarded with great respect by the ancient Chinese as Hu, the tone of the Earth.

Native American flute makers to this day tune their instruments to serenade Mother Earth to this note.

And then there’s one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Yes, the Great Pyramid at Giza. Many respected researchers around the globe now feel the Giza Pyramid was deliberately tuned as a resonator.

Imagine, a large tuning fork in the middle of the desert.

Tom Danley, an acoustics engineer who used to work for NASA, was invited to Egypt to measure sound in the King’s Chamber inside the Pyramid. He found the chamber ‘was roughly tuned to F# over many octaves,’ as well as being tuned to ‘..some kind of an F# chord.’

Danley goes on to wonder if these infrasonic tones were used deliberately to alter brainwaves. My strong hunch is - yes they were. Now we’re getting closer to the true secret of sound.

Sound is a powerful series of sonic waves that instantly affect your brainwaves.

Christopher Dunn 1998 proposed the Great Pyramid was actually a large acoustical device - a giant musical instrument. A view that Dr. Robert Schoch of Boston University agreed with after his on-site study of the Great Pyramid.

If all this sounds weird to you, no matter.

Really, what this all boils down to is this - All sound which enters your mind and body will immediately affect you, alter your brainwaves and influence your perception.

Understand this important fact and you can change your life in a big way. Starting with what you choose to listen to. Make music a tool in your life. A good choice of music will go a long a way to help you reach your goals every day.

And I have just the tool for you to make every day of every month your best day ever.

This month’s Sounds of Gold CD and Newsletter will blow you away. For one, I go WAY more into the details of how sound affects our DNA. Plus you’ll hear more about the Great Pyramid and its unique connection to sound and the earth.

Most importantly, I have something so special in store for you on this month’s music CD, you’ll be wanting to share it with all of your friends and family. The music truly is ‘out of this world’.

Do you know someone who will be going into surgery soon. You might give them an iPod as a pre-surgery gift.

Hearing music through headphones during surgery gives patients a big advantage. And it doesn’t matter whether they are awake of asleep - music will change their brain waves.

1. Can decrease the amount of anesthesia needed by up to 50%.
