A Totally Natural Antidepressant

Years ago Daniel Levitin was a producer who worked with Stevie Wonder, the Grateful Dead and Chris Isaak.

He got disillusioned with the music business and switched to a career in neuroscience.

Now he’s one of the world’s experts in how music affects your mind.

Levitin was asked recently what the link is between music and emotion in the brain.

He replied, ‘Music activates the same parts of the brain and causes the same neurochemical cocktail as a lot of other pleasurable activities - like orgasms or eating chocolate. Or if you're a gambler winning a bet, or using drugs if you're a drug user. Serotonin and dopamine are both involved.’

So, could music then be used as a natural antidepressant.

‘It is already,’ he said. Most people in Western society use music to regulate moods, whether it's playing something peppy in the morning or something soothing at the end of a hard day, or something that will motivate them to exercise. Joni Mitchell told me that someone once said before there was Prozac, there was her.’

That begs the question. How do you know which song will do what to your mind.

Conclusive studies done by researchers worldwide give us the answer – high frequency classical music wins hands down every time.

Unlike any drug, once you’ve got the music, you keep it for life. No prescription refills necessary.

It’s a no-brainer, really.

Discover the The Secret Power of Words and Music yourself and get into a great mood anywhere, anytime.

Silence Your Stress Hormones

"Gotta get rid of stress." Hear that a lot. ‘Getting rid’ of stress by eliminating the cause is not always an option.

However, silencing stress hormones is something anyone can do.

Want to know what goes on inside your body when you’re in the pressure cooker emotionally, mentally or physically. Your brain, sensing any kind of stress, releases ACTH from the base of the brain, otherwise known as the pituitary gland. That ACTH reaches your adrenal glands which begin to release adrenaline and cortisol into your blood stream.

OK, so you’re swimming is stress hormones.

Now the body wants to counteract. It gets itself into a defensive stance by increasing blood flow to the muscles and raising your blood pressure. The result is that your immune system weakens.

Warning - Repeating this exercise every day greatly reduces your ability to fight disease.

Thing is, many people don’t even realize their body is being invaded by these little tiny pressure cookers. Because they don’t take emotional stress into account. It’s not just our fast-paced lives that wind us down. It’s those feelings of loss, being alone, feeling unloved and unappreciated that can be the biggest stress creators.

Happiness, my friend, is the best stress silencer.

Then there’s the music you choose to listen to. It will either give you a dose of stress reduction or stress elevation. Some people, especially when younger get addicted to feeling their heart rate and respiration at higher levels. So they self-dose with music that elevates their cortisol and adrenaline. Rock, heavy metal, pop, rap – the kind that gets you’re heart pumpin.

That’s not walking down the road towards health. Not if you’re looking to stimulate your mind while at the same time silencing your stress hormones.

There’s no easier way to rejuvenate than by listening to highly programmable music – of the positively charged kind.

Don’t believe me. Then read this and order your own copy of The Secret Power of Words and Music 5 CD package.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

The Yin and Yang of Great Vibrations

When the right words pour out of you like a bubbling fountain you feel simultaneously calm and exhilarated.

Same goes for anytime the left and right hemispheres of your brain light up. Question is, how do you get into this state of total focus and relaxation.

By saturating your immediate environment with aural frequencies, and even beautiful scents, your creativity can go through the roof. Why is this. Because highly programmable music actually activates BOTH your brain’s hemispheres.

It’s like turning on a switch and not one, but two light bulbs light up.

There’s tons of info out there on how to think. But not much on how to get yourself to a space where your creative juices are given an automatic green light. Where you consistently come up with one great idea after another.

This is what all the great masters knew how to do.

They took themselves to an optimal place. A place where they felt totally open and vulnerable. A place where they felt completely free and in control. Sounds like a contradiction. But here’s the secret.

Being vulnerable and receptive is one side of the coin. The flip side – activation. It’s the age-old concept of yin and yang. Can’t have one without the other.

Though most people are blind to this powerful truth. They either slump back into the lazy chair and de-activate both sides of their brain - or they’re heading, usually at high speed, into pressure and stress. That’s really no way to live. And you most definitely won’t create anything of value being a wind-up toy.

I’ve had too many experiences where turning on positively charged music has catapulted me into the stratosphere of creativity. Funny thing is, it’s so easy, and yet such a well-kept secret.

Want to really program your mind with great ideas. Then listen to these special sounds and rub the stuff of magic into your copy.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

How To Become an Alpha Human

Yes. You can become an alpha human. In the ultimate sense of the word Alpha.

Not by taking a pill. Not by pumping iron.

But by turning on positively charged music.

EEGs consistently show that high frequency music generates Alpha Waves in the brain. Those alpha waves soothe and greatly enhance concentration.

What else does this magical music do? It elevates your mood, improves motivation and increases your feelings of control. Let’s see now, oh yes - it releases endorphins so your blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate and oxygen consumption go way down. Great for reaching Alpha Human status.

Plus, you sleep better. Overall sleep is more restful because of lower heart and respiratory rates.

Of course, if you like listening to heavy metal and acid rock, and assume you’ll reach Alpha Human status, you’re just running in circles. Won’t happen.

Why? Because it’s negatively charged junk music. Proven to be addictive just like alcohol, drugs and junk food. Better to stick with the sounds that scientists say are life enhancing and healthy.

Want to relax – turn on the music. Want to focus – listen to these sounds.

What’s more, you can listen to your iPod or CD player And go about your business while your brain cells get recharged. How much easier can it get. Not much.

Elevate your life to Alpha Brain Wave Status now by ordering The Secret Power of Words and Music. Don’t tie yourself down any longer. Act now.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. Last night Clayton turned on some string orchestra music. I felt myself carried away on the wings of sound. Not in the fast paced sense but in the calm-me-down-and-lift-me-up rejuvenating sense. Reminded me that all the help you want is at your fingertips. Experience That kind of help now.

BBC Reports Music Helps Healing Process

The secret is out. A major report by BBC News confirms music’s power to heal.

A hospital in London did an extensive study that gives powerful documentation on music’s healing power. Here’s an excerpt.

“Music 'aids the healing process'”
By Pallab Ghosh, BBC News science correspondent

Could music actually help the healing process? Listening to music makes us feel better - but many doctors are now beginning to believe that it does much more.

There is emerging evidence that it can bring about physical changes to the body that can improve our health. The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London has regular performances - and has seen impressive results.

A scientific study by the hospital has found that patients who listen to live music need less drugs and recover more quickly than those who do not.

“We are approaching the point where a doctor would legitimately be negligent not to actually recommend music as a therapeutic intervention,” said Professor Paul Robertson.

A doctor would be legitimately negligent. Pretty powerful stuff!

According to Dr. Rosalia Staricoff, who carried out the study, there is growing scientific evidence that music aids physical changes which can help heal the body.

She said: "The physiological benefits have been measured. Music reduces blood pressure, the heart rate, and hormones related to stress."

Even police are playing classical music in the subway system in the North-East of England. Imagine. The power of high frequency music has reached the underground. Finally the discovery is made that music affects you on all levels – emotionally, physically and spiritually.

If it works for hospitals and subways, imagine how the effect of listening in the comfort of your own home or office or car would be. Pretty strong!

Get the sounds that are healing the world.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. English playwright, William Congreve exclaimed, "Music has charms to soothe a savage breast." Meanwhile world-renowned cellist, Yo-Yo Ma once commented, "Healing? I think that is what music is all about. Don't you?" Yup, I do. And now the rest of the world is catching up. You can too by exposing your ears to the delectable sounds.

Watch Out For These Gadget Sounds

Was reminded yesterday just how disturbing the noise of some household gadgets can be.

Our daughter Clara got really upset when she heard an electric pencil sharpener. She’s always been sensitive to low frequency sounds, like lawnmowers and leafblowers. But yesterday, she got spooked.

After her initial scare, any sound that faintly resembled the pencil sharpener’s was taken as another assault.

My solution – take her to a store to buy a simple little pencil sharpener. The whole story began, because she wanted to get her colored pencils sharpened.

That solved her anxiety immediately.

But it still got me thinking. How much we take these gadget sounds for granted. Often, there’s no choice in the matter – except to close your windows when the neighbors lawnmower, electric saw, weedwacker or leafblower is blasting away.

Or to outlaw video games, TV, radio and road noise in certain parts of your home. Because, no matter what, those low frequencies will always zap you of some energee.

Luckily, the best antidote happens to be – high frequency sound. Nothing like balancing out those frequencies to get you right back into the swing of things.

Listen to positive vibrations as often as you can. And don’t ignore your highly sensitive response to All sounds, most of which are zappers. Keep your life in balance with high frequency music.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

What Color Is Your Life?

This just dawned on me. Reality doesn’t care how you see things.

In fact, to be perfectly blunt, no-one really cares how you see things.

But the way you observe everything is critical to the quality of your life. Your observations are either positive or negative.

Thing is, you lenses are colored before you even use them to see the world. If they’re dark, your view will be colored by negativity. If they’re light and clear, you see clearly.

One thing’s for sure. You’re only healthy to the degree that you feel happy about your life. Then every action, every thought falls into place. Violence is no more. Hatred dissipates. Ignorance goes out the window.

What is the BIG factor in making all of this happen. Stress. Less of it. The elimination of it.

Don’t underestimate the huge changes that take place when your life LACKS anxiety. Can you imagine – no more alarms going off in your brain, bye bye to restlessness, adios to impatience, auf wiedersehen to nervous tension. Worry, Shmorry. Gone.

As Mark Twain said so beautifully –

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."

To make sure you don’t have an ounce of disappointment or regret and would do it all over again if asked that question 20 years from today, take the de-stress, unwind approach to living.

Get exactly what you’ve always wanted – by letting go of stress pollution. Listen to The Secret Power of Words and Music CDs and join the growing numbers of people around the world whose life has changed.

Warm Regards,

P.S. This just in. “After receiving your music CD's on Friday, I listened to the Renewal CD. The music. is beautiful! What surprised me was I wrote my first poem in years while listening to your music. It just flowed out from the depths of me and I titled it "Me". Wow! I'm excited because I used to write and my "voice" lay hidden for years. Thank you for sharing your passion!” - Julia Kempf, Kansas. That’s wonderful, Julia. Keep it up - Tania

Why Dogs Prefer Bach To Britney

In July there were lots of stories in the media about a 45-year-old elephant named Suma.

Suma is a long-time resident at the Zagreb Zoo. She was inconsolable because her roomie of ten years Patna had died in May. Suma stopped communicating and showed all signs of a serious depression.

Then a fortunate ‘accidental’ discovery occurred. The Zoo had organized a concert of classical music right opposite Suma’s dwelling.

When she saw the five musicians preparing for the concert, Suma got really nervous and aggressive. She peppered the intruders with little stones that she blew out of her trunk.

“But as soon as the concert started what we saw was really fascinating,” said Mladen Anic, head of the Zagreb Zoo. “Suma leaned against the fence, closed her eyes and listened without moving the entire concert.”

They have since found that Suma especially adores Mozart, but is also partial to Vivaldi and Bach.

Dogs also prefer Bach to Britney.

The New Scientists reports that they are more relaxed and well-behaved when listening to classical music, rather than heavy metal or pop. The researchers are telling dog pounds to play these soothing sounds to help calm their canines.

"We had no reason to think that dogs should find classical music more relaxing," says Deborah Wells at Queen's University in Belfast, Northern Ireland, who led the research.

Other studies report that cows produce more milk and hens more eggs when listening to calming music.

For the dog study, researchers in Ireland played either a pop compilation CD - including Britney Spears, Robbie Williams and Bob Marley, a classical CD - including Grieg's Morning, Vivaldi's Four Seasons and Beethoven's Ode to Joy, a Metallica album or a recording of human conversation. There was also a silent control.

You’ve probably guessed which music caused the dogs to make most noise – Metallica. Pop music made no difference to their behavior compared to silence. But classical music calmed them down – hardly any barking occurred, plus the dogs rested more.

Even the smallest mammals prefer classical music.

A high school student, David Merrell, whose won awards at science fairs, conducted an experiment with mice and a maze. He played hard rock to one group and classical to the other. The group subjected to the rock music did far worse navigating the course. In David's words, "I had to cut my project short because all the hard-rock mice killed each other. None of the classical mice did that at all."

What part of the body does any music affect first – the brain. And that includes human brains. Now it’s YOUR turn to switch on the sounds of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. Not just animals love classical music. Plants also thrive when exposed to these sounds - as you can read here.

False Evidence Appearing Real

Clayton and I met up with one of our neighbors last week. They’re a happy, successful couple with two kids. They fly their own plane to places like the Virgin Islands, Yellowstone Park and the Grand Canyon.

What I really like about them is their attitude.

We were discussing how the fear of failure holds most people back. Way back. It paralyzes them to even take one step into the unknown. Because they want the outcome to be known – at all costs.

What is this fear. Zig Zigler summed up this four-letter-word beautifully – FEAR stands for False Evidence Appearing Real.

Appearances are very deceiving. Because they’re based on false evidence. If you don’t investigate the reasons, the origins behind appearances, you’ll remain stuck in the mud.
Imagine casting all of your fears aside. Imagine having no emotional restraints on you whatsoever. Feel all burdens lifted off of your shoulders.

What you get in return is a New You. A Simplified You. A Calmer, Smarter You.

So, what happens next. Ideas start popping into your head. You get excited. The present feels good. And the future starts looking brighter and brighter. You take hold of one idea that particularly feels right on. This idea is something you’d love to create.

Next, you make time to bring that idea to life. Whether it’s 30-60 minutes a day, or several hours each weekend – you make a commitment to see the idea through.

And guess what. That decision gives you a Big confidence boost. Funny how that always happens. You break through your fears and get rewarded with e-n-e-r-g-y.

Then, make a commitment to your life by eliminating all unnecessary burdens on your finances. This includes – vacations, going out to eat, and buying items that you don’t absolutely need. Don’t worry. Holding on to your commitment will give you All you need and want soon enough. Always keep that in mind.

As soon as you willingly embark on the path of least resistance, where you take your inner gifts seriously, you’ll receive plenty in return.

First and foremost, you’ll FEEL great. That great feeling in turn generates a positive vibration eradicating the inevitable bumps in the road everyone is faced with. Those bumps are your school. The school of life. So start seeing them as helpful lessons.

In fact, that’s the whole secret. See your whole life as a gift. Never ever let false evidence appear real. Learn the Original Secrets for becoming wealthy and prosperous.

This Is Not For The Birds

You won’t believe this. It’s pretty amazing.

Scientists have found that people’s voices, bird and cricket chirps, dolphin cries and the ebb and flow of ocean tides all sound the same.

Let me explain.

When researchers slowed down recordings of people’s voices they sounded just like the ocean tides. When they sped them up a little more, people’s voices sounded like dolphin cries. Add more speed, like bird chirps. A little faster, like crickets.

You probably guessed what cricket chirps sounded like when they were slowed down.

First like birds. Then dolphins. And yes, then like people’s voices.

And that’s not the end of the story. In fact it’s only the beginning. Because recordings taken from the spacecrafts Voyager I and II sound – exactly the same. Outer space sounds that NASA has recorded could be mistaken for ocean sounds, choirs of voices singing, dolphin cries, birds and crickets.

The rings of Uranus have their own unique music – they sound just like the deep tones Tibetan bowls make. Imagine.

So, is this all just a coincidence.

Researchers at the Center for Neuroacoustic Research and The California Institute for Human Science say NO. These similarities are there for a good reason. All these sounds have something profound in common. They are high frequency, positive vibrations. Only recently have scientists discovered how great their healing effects truly are.

You could say, these sounds are the stuff that keeps us and everything else in a state of equilibrium and health.

Researches even speculate that these sounds are make up what Carl Jung called the ‘collective unconscious’. They speculate that our universe is one organic being that has many parts – all made from the same blueprint.

Think of it as a living library of knowledge.

The more you spend time with high frequency sounds, the closer you get to this vast ocean of universal wisdom.

What’s more, you can access this vault of knowledge anytime you want to. Just by turning on your iPod or CD player. Course, you have to be listening to the correct sounds The Secret Power of Words and Music package fits the bill perfectly.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. Many people don’t have access to cricket and bird chirps, dolphin cries or the ebb and flow of ocean tides. Maybe once or twice a year, but not every day. The real secret is that you can get the same effect by listening to high frequency music and words. Take a look Now.

Your Brain – A Supercomputer

Your brain is a 3 pound supercomputer. It’s the command center of your life and is involved in everything you do.

It is more complex than any computer we can imagine.

You have 100 billion nerve cells in your brain and every one of them connects to other nerve cells. Did you know that your brain has more connections in it than there are stars in the universe.

Just like your computer needs optimizing by clearing out unwanted clutter, your brain does too. When you optimize your brain regularly, you become the best you can be at any task – relationships, leisure, sports, creative thinking.

The first step to optimizing your brain is to protect it. From sleep deprivation. From injury. From pollution. And from stress.

For example, many chemicals are toxic to your brain. Alcohol, drugs, nicotine, much caffeine, and many medications decrease blood flow to the brain. When blood flow decreases, your brain can’t work efficiently.

A UCLA study showed that cocaine addicts had 23% less overall blood flow compared to the drug free group. There’s more. When they measured cocaine addicts who also smoked cigarettes, blood flow dropped to 45% less. Chronic marijuana users had a whopping 85% less activity in their temporal lobes. Those lobes oversee memory and mood stability.

Same goes with sleep deprivation. If you sleep less than 8 hours a day on a consistent basis your brain will have less activity.

Stress is one of the greatest limiters to how well your brain functions. The hormones created while you’re under stress are very toxic to your memory centers. In fact, brain cells actually DIE with prolonged stress.

That’s why scientists are realizing that managing stress effectively is absolutely Crucial to good brain function.

Thing is, it’s hard to avoid stress completely. So, getting de-stressed and de-compressed the easy way is essential. High frequency music has been proven to do just that. What makes taking a dose of it a day so easy is that you can play it in the background while you’re working, playing or sleeping.

It’s the easy-does-it remedy for stress-elimination, available in a 5 CD package for immediate use.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. The great things in life relax and recharge At The Same Time. That’s the diff between caffeine and high frequency music – the soft drinks and coffee give you an artificial high followed by a low. The music gives you a natural high plus relaxation and that’s it. Stop filling up your low energy moments with toxins. Get The Secret Power of Words and Music 5 CD package and have your brain fully optimized in no time.

A Question About Commitment

Had a good question from someone about The Science of Getting Rich for Creators course.

“I want to know if in your program you give the tools to do what you did. Or do I have to go take Matt's seminar in Florida to get all the inside ‘secrets’ to put my idea on the Internet and get my own news tips and circle going?

“I know the thought process that needs to shift. What I don't have is a structure around me to make the shift. I don't have the tools. So, it is not another book I need to read, it is skill development and mentoring I need. Did you do Matt's seminar?”
H. Gordon
Raleigh, NC

First, yes I attended Matt Furey’s seminar last October and am signed up again for this October’s The Science of Super-Human Marketing’ Seminar which is nearly sold out. It did give me the tools that you are looking for.

There were many people at the event who received the same information. Many did not apply the tools fully or correctly. And that’s where the secret lies.

The Science of Getting Rich for Creators course PREPARED me for that event. As a result, my success happened quickly. The program helped me create a major shift in consciousness, which is still shifting to this day. In fact, as you learn from all prosperous people, the shift in your thinking Never Ends.

Making that quantum leap into prosperity consciousness is a continuous process. Here’s why this course is so important -

The Science of Getting Rich for Creators program is a constant reminder of What It Takes to Maintain that mindset, to keep those shifts happening. Multi-millionaire Matt Furey makes sure he has a full dose of it twice a year.

A pearl of wisdom is worth repeating time and again.

So yes, by all means attend the October Seminar. I most highly recommend it. Just don’t be under the impression that one course is all that’s needed.

Not a chance.

In fact, one thing you’ll discover at the October Seminar, if you’re lucky enough to grab one of the last remaining spots, is that the most successful people attend several a year. Not only that, their hunger for knowledge and wisdom is Never-ending. Hence, their libraries are huge.

Here’s a little known fact. The more wealthy you are, the larger your library is. Check it out yourself – the great minds are the ones with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.

When this course
reaches your mailbox, you’ll realize why it’s such a classic. And why anyone who wants to generate wealth has to own a copy.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. As Matt Furey knows – the fact that The Science of Getting Rich for Creators course has a CD version of the whole manual is crucial. Hearing those wise and controversial words spoken out loud will reach your subconscious mind like nothing else. Plus, like music, you can play these in the background and still get all the benefits. Go get your copy now.

How To Get A Natural High

When certain kinds of winds begin to blow throughout the world, hospital admissions, suicides, and crime rates skyrocket. One country - Switzerland - even accepts the blowing of the "Foehn" during the commission of a crime as mitigating evidence in court.

Amazing. But not, when you realize what’s in these winds.

These notorious desert and sea winds are also linked to minor illnesses and malaise epidemics. Victims' claims range from sleeplessness, irritability, tension, migraines, nausea, palpitations and hot flashes with sweating of chills to tremor, vertigo, swelling, breathing difficulty, and frequent intestinal movement. Older folks are affected with depression, apathy and fatigue.

What causes these ‘witches' winds’ as they’re often called, to differ from others? What does the air in them posses or lack that make them a dread to the lands or oceans they blow across?

Nothing more than an imbalance of invisible, minute particles. They’re called ions and have an imperceptible electrical charge. And these ‘witches’ winds have lots of positive ions.

Experts say that positive ions rob us of our good senses and dispositions, while their counterpart, negative ions, enhance them, stimulating everything from plant growth to the human sex drive.

Got your attention, right?

So yesterday, when I wanted to celebrate finishing a classical commission that had preoccupied all my time for the past week, we decided to visit some waterfalls.

We drove to Transylvania County. It’s not the home of Dracula but the county with, I would guess, has the most waterfalls. Up to 500 of them if you include those on private property.

We hiked to Triple Falls, a spectacular series of falls totalling about 120' in vertical drop. Featured in the movie ‘Last of the Mohicans’, we picnicked right at the base of the falls and couldn’t have been happier.

Waterfall hikes are like no other. People are always smiling after spending time at a waterfall.

Why is it that waterfalls put you in a good mood? Because the air around waterfalls is full of negative ions. Just like ocean air, you’re breathing in the stuff of relaxation and joy. It’s no coincidence that health resorts are situated in these refreshing locations.

I know it’s a little confusing, but just think of positive ions as being unhealthy, and negative ions as being good for you.

Simply put, scientists say that the change in the balance between negative and positive ions in the air around you can elevate your mood.

Don’t know about you, but there’s nothing like a good mood to make my day run smoothly!

Scientists at the University of California grew barley, oats, lettuce and peas in an atmosphere that had very little positive ions and found that growth was stunted and the plants diseased. When the experiment was repeated in air carrying more than double the normal number of negative ions, it produced accelerated growth.

And in Russia, scientists tried to raise small animals - mice, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits - in air with no ions at all. They all died within a few days.

Luckily, every home has a built in, natural ionizer - your shower. So our daily showers are, in fact, a practice of preventive medicine. I take two a day because they’re so vitalizing.

To create a double exposure of joy and relaxation, listen to high frequency sound as well. The power punch of positive music and negative ions is easy, fun and great for you. Why go without a good mood, every day. Go get your natural high now.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

The Myth About Money

Most people measure money by time. They believe that by working more hours they make more money.

Not a chance!

And it’s a perspective that’s hard to overcome. I’m telling you though, that the quality of your life depends on you overhauling your mind on this very important matter.

Let me tell you a secret. Once you grasp the true meaning behind these words, you’ll never look at time or money the same way again.

“Only ideas make money, not time!”

So how is it that time is not money? Look around you. What do you see. Lots of people who spend lots of time working. And working. Their income is stagnant except for the occasional raise to keep up with inflation. They are not breaking any ground financially. In fact, these workers are most likely accumulating more debt as we speak. Some of them have to work two jobs just to make ends meet.

But they keep thinking and hoping and praying that if they work hard enough, they’ll make a lot of money.

Nope. It doesn’t work that way.

Now turn your attention to successful writers, entrepreneurs, artists and business people. What do they all have in common.

They come up with a great idea. An idea that excites all their senses. And because the idea appeals to them, they naturally have great enthusiasm to implement that idea. They feel the joy of seeing that idea blossom and flourish. As a result, successful people keep creating and coming up with new ideas. They learn to discern which ideas work and have the confidence to discard those that don’t work.

Soon, ideas become as plentiful as apples on an apple tree. Which one to manifest – becomes the question.

Let me tell you something about bringing a great idea to fruition. It’s fun. It’s not work. How can something you love to do be called work. Yes, there’s a learning curve in the beginning. Every smart, wealthy person always wants to learn. But if the learning is organically connected to bringing your idea to life – you’re more alive than ever.

Your health improves. Your mind improves. You have a Reason for being alive.

Successful people would never exhaust their creative spirit by working at a dead-end job. They know, that being creative is the blood of Life. And they depend on their financial freedom to keep on creating.

If this kind of Aliveness interests you then immerse your mind in the exhilaration of The Science of Getting Rich for Creators - you’re life always starts Right Now.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

Stopped Me Cold

I couldn’t believe it. Twas a beautiful evening. We were strolling back to our car after a wonderful dinner out with friends, when I came across something so odd, so out of place, that it stopped me cold.

This young, and I mean really young girl – must have only been five, maybe six years of age – walked by with her family. Nothing unusual. But…

She had a pink cell phone in her hand and was dialing up someone. Obviously not calling mom or dad who were walking a couple of steps ahead. No, this Real phone call must have been to a friend, because she soon started talking. While walking.

You might think nothing of it. Kids are learning to use computers while still in their diapers. They watch DVDs and teevee before they can even utter one syllable of sound.

Look, cell phones are wonderful - when used appropriately and by adults.

I got one when we had Clara. So that I can always be reached. I can’t use the thing against my ear though. Withing 10 seconds, my ear hurts. Same goes for cordless phones. We don’t own those anymore.

So I’m going to spill the beans about a warning I received. My former chiropractor in L.A. has a brother who is vice president of Verizon in Southern California. He told her years ago never to use cordless phones or cellphones. Take it or leave it. I just know how they make my ears feel.

Now why would he tell his sister this – in secret, of course.

Well, for one it’s been proven in hundreds of mostly overseas studies that cell phones are dangerous. By the way, try not to use them without an earpiece. They emit harmful EMF rays – electromagnetic frequencies - and can damage your DNA which can not be replaced. The effects of the EMF radiation cannot be noticed for At Least 10 years.

If you use cell phones for an hour a day, you have a 30% more chance to have brain cancer. Brain cancer cases have increased 25% since cell phones became popular in 2001. Why do you think the cell phone companies have said that you shouldn’t use cell phones for a prolonged period of time. Warnings like that always make me sit up and take notice.

Look I know this is a controversial topic. But going back to our little girl with her pink cell phone - most researchers say cell phones are not safe for kids.

The fact that kids seem to own them is just a sign of the noise pollution times. Come on, when a parent gives a young child a cell phone, it says a lot about where they’re coming from. The insanity of such an act can only be explained by stress gone haywire.

What I mean is that, stressful people make decisions under duress. On-the-go-all-the-time mentality only results in more on-the-go-and-never-relax decision-making. In the end, no one benefits.

Give yourself the opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate your brain cells. Not by reaching for your phone, but by listening to positive sounds. Your sense of calm can’t compare even one iota with the so-called good times in the fast lane.

Once your brain activity slows down you’ll notice how your thoughts turn from fuzzy to crystal clear. Go and discover a world of Good frequencies.

Warm Regards,

P.S. Only you can control how your brain and body feel. Your good health is in your hands. So go now and cast the spell of high frequency sounds into your life.

The Lies You Were Told

Back in January I met someone who studied to be a priest. He made a profound statement that still resonates with me to this day.

He said that, contrary to popular belief, religious icons were not poor.

They didn’t go around begging for money, living in a state of worry and desperation.

What my friend Dean advocated was that the man we call Jesus or Jeshua was not poor. In fact, during his life, he had many wealthy and influential supporters and friends. He supported at least 12 apostles.

It’s true, that he held no property and bought no real estate; but he dressed expensively, lived well and never lacked for money.

“In that country and climate, the wants of Jesus and his disciples were few and simple, and they seem to have been fully supplied. He wore fine clothes, had plenty to eat and drink, and had money to give away.” - Wallace D. Wattles

Same goes for Buddha.

Buddha was born into royalty. He was born to be a king. So he understood the value of wealth and used it accordingly.

What Buddha understood is that money was energy. And energy makes the world go round.

Did you know that Buddha urged that a business must be profitable. He encouraged everyone to enjoy the money they make from their business. Most importantly he said that, when you look back over your life, you should be able to say that it was rewarding and beneficial to yourself and others.

Sounds like a good philosophy to me. You can’t argue with the fact that your own well-being is directly related to how you feel and how you treat others. Hey, you feel best when you’re helping yourself And others.

Look, when your wants and needs are fulfilled, you’re totally freed up to create. And to serve. And I don’t mean to become a servant. But to serve yourself and others by using your immense creative powers. To be a Creator.

Like Wallace D. Wattles says, “You yourself are made of the same stuff as God. All the constituents of God are parts of yourself; every power that God has is a constituent of man.”

Wattles should know. His life of poverty was turned upside down, in the best way possible - by setting those principles in action. To get the full story on how he did it, order The Science of Getting Rich for Creators now.

Ancient Secrets - Rediscovered

Was talking to a friend who ordered the Secret Power package for his wife recovering from surgery. Then he said that he knew all about the negative and positive affects of sound.

Took me a little off guard.

It wasn’t too long ago that music was written off completely as a remedy for all sorts of mental and physical ailments.

Fact is, for too long sound vibrations were looked at as a kooky way to enhance life. For around 150 years, between the 19th to the mid 20th century, music was totally ignored by the medical community. I’m happy to say that we live during a time where minds are far more open to these powerful vibrations. The effects aren’t really being discovered but re-discovered.

You’re familiar with the Greek God Apollo. He was god of both music and medicine. In many, many cultures physician and musician were often on and the same person. So Apollo fits that profession to the tee.

Then there’s Orpheus. He lived 1300 B.C. and was a man of great genius. Stories tell how he quieted troubled minds, gave life to flowers and trees, calmed angry waters and stilled the wild winds. He did all of this with music.

Did you know that King Saul was advised to “seek out a man who is a wise player and it shall come to pass that he shall play with his hand and though shalt be well.” He asked for David to come to him. David took out his harp and started playing. Saul was refreshed and became well, and the ‘evil spirit departed from him.”

Pythagoras was the ultimate musical medicine man. He taught his students that certain music caused Definite responses. That it could change behavior patterns and accelerate healing. He also prescribed a daily musical ‘workout’ – music to work by, relax to, fall asleep with, and wake up to.

Finally, the great mystery of music’s power is being revived – and proven by science. The good news – it’s a lot easier to benefit from positive music nowadays. What’s more, due to technology, you can listen anywhere and everywhere.

What else can you think of that’s as simple and easy to apply to your life. Turn it on here now.

Ask And You Shall Receive

Last weekend I attended a meeting of very like-minded people. The air in the room was electric. The main reason for this electricity was a secret we all shared.

All of the people in that room were not afraid to ask for help.

One thing that sets doers apart from loses is that they put their egos aside. By that I mean, they become a receiving organ for valuable information. For many people, their self-image gets in the way. They don’t want to lose face, so they don’t ask questions.

I mean real, life-changing questions. Not, “where is the nearest Starbucks.”

So, in this room were lots of highly successful entrepreneurs who wanted to make their lives even better. They asked, and they received.

When you ask for advice and gather information, it’s a sign that you are Committed. As Steve Chandler says in his fantastic book ‘The Small Business Millionaire’, “the first sign that a person is committed is that he asks for help.”

Guess what happens.

First of all, once you ask for help, you’ve moved energy away from your past, with all its problems and all its suffering, into the present and future. It’s a mega-shift that frees your mind of all kinds of emotional baggage. And believe me when I say that emotional stuff is a major barrier to achieving prosperity.

So, you go out and investigate. Your mind is now looking at what’s possible, instead of what’s impossible, and viola – your happiness meter shoots straight up.

Joy in life is directly related to the energy you put into living it. If you’re curious about how to improve every day, you don’t have time to worry, to procrastinate and, what’s even worse, pity yourself. No time, because you’re too focused on living Now.

One crucial ingredient to achieving this is to create something that brings you joy in the first place. Something you’d do for nothing. If you’re working at a job you’re not happy at, a job that you took because the salary made you feel safe, if you’re unpassionate and uncommitted in your daily life – you’ll not find prosperity. I’m not saying to quite your job, just to begin looking at whether it’s the best fit for you.

Again, start asking questions.

Then pick up a book, a CD, and even go to a seminar. You’ll only get motivated if you expose your mind to greatness. There’s greatness everywhere. You just need to open your eyes. Begin today and get some of your biggest questions answered.

You’ll discover the true meaning of the word Freedom.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. The great Vince Lombardi had this to say. “The quality of a person's life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.” Commit now, and you’ll start laughing at how much fun life really is. And kick yourself for not starting on the joyful road sooner.

Music Heals Heart

“When a harpist wearing blue hospital scrubs started playing the familiar strains of Pachelbel's Canon during Edith Zook's heart procedure, the scene couldn't have been more surreal.”

Here’s how the Associated Press reported what happened.

“Surrounded by cutting-edge medical equipment, the 83-year-old patient lay unconscious and sedated, with skinny electrode-equipped catheters snaking from veins in her right thigh and shoulder into her heart. They provided a conduit for a video monitor showing the squiggly waves of Zook's irregular heartbeat.

Like some weird sci-fi melding of heaven and high-tech Earth, the musician strummed serenely on her 4-foot Irish harp just a few feet away, while the patient snored and her doctor silently examined the ups and downs of rainbow-colored heart waves on the screen.

The music sounded lovely - but it was meant to help heal, not entertain.

Zook suffers a fast, irregular heartbeat caused by mixed-up electrical signals generated by the heart's upper chambers. Zook's symptoms include unnerving palpitations and troubling fatigue that make her suddenly collapse without warning.

Her doctor, Abraham Kocheril, says he has found signs that harp music helps sick hearts like Zook's beat more normally.

"People know that music relaxes you. We're just trying to get more medical validation," said Kocheril's harpist and co-researcher, Dr. Jennifer MacKinnon, 35, a Chicago internist. She took up harp-playing at age 10 and as a child, used to play for patients of her father, also a physician.

Zook, a retired high school cafeteria cook from tiny Fisher, Illinois, was dumbfounded when Kocheril told her he wanted a harpist play during her procedure.

"I said, 'You've got to be kidding,"' Zook recalled from her hospital bed. "I thought it was kind of crazy."

Her two daughters were also incredulous, and a doubting son-in-law sarcastically asked, "Is Gabriel going to be in there with the trumpet?"

Zook, who despite gray hair and glasses looks younger than her years, prefers Christian and country music to classical but now says she just might become a fan of classical harp.

"If it cures this, I will," she said smiling.

Kocheril said if his study shows that harp music works well, it might ultimately be used live or recorded outside a hospital setting to help patients avoid the need for high doses of medicine.

Preliminary results are promising.

Zook's heart rate slowed and the beats were more regular during the music and for several minutes afterward. Similar benefits occurred with the other study participants, Kocheril said.

Zook awakened from the procedure and told the doctor, "I didn't hear the music," her daughter, Pat Zook, recalled, "and he said, 'Your heart did."'

You don’t have to be a heart patient to benefit from classical harp music. You just need to have a beating heart and a CD player. The Secret Power of Words and Music package includes classical harp on many of the songs. Get your 5 CDs Now and wrap your heart in a blanket of relaxation.

P.S. The Beatles’ Paul McCartney said this – “I have always adored Mahler, and Mahler was a major influence on the music of the Beatles. John and me used to sit and do the Kindertotenlieder and Wunderhorn for hours, we'd take turns singing and playing the piano. We thought Mahler was gear.” Never underestimate the power of classical music to inspire and relax you. Tune in now.

Your Brain Is A Powerful Magnet

Here I was at the airport waiting for luggage with CNN blasting everywhere. Nothing against CNN, but when there’s a crisis they pound the every ounce of the latest casualties into your head pretty much every minute or so.

Not something I want my four-year-old daughter Clara to be watching.

So, I stood there tuning out the negative barrage by engaging in storytelling with Clara while Clayton was getting our suitcases. And, amidst all the negative news sound pollution I managed to remember something I had just read a week ago.

Signals you get from TV, computers, cell phones and radios span the entire electromagnetic spectrum. What you may not know is that animals, humans, plants and even bacteria also give off radio signals that span the very same spectrum.

For example, migratory animals have uncanny abilities. They use their pineal gland like a radio wave to get directions.

Our pineal gland is in the center of our forehead, slightly above our eye brows. It’s an awesome part of our brain. Here’s why. The pineal gland is a bio-magnetic organ - it has a large magnetite content.

You can activate incredible magnetic power in this area of your forehead many different ways. One is to relax and focus on breathing light through this power point. If you do this regularly especially with positive music in the background, your power for magnetic attraction becomes almost super human. Add a specific image of a goal to that breathing exercise and you’ve got yourself a high-speed magnetic attraction device.

On the other hand, when you are tense and stressed out, you’re magnetizing negative energy. Tension is the enemy of prosperity because it DULLS YOUR MIND. Yes, it turns your mind into a swampy Gerber baby food-like mess. Your natural instincts can’t function. Your quick impulses don’t work. Your synapses aren’t firing up.

I know you’re smarter than most folks. So don’t follow in their pathetic footsteps by believing you have no power to change your life. You do. Right now. Go fire up your ability to magnetize wealth and prosperity. Start moving mountains instead of blindly stepping on mole hills.

Remember, your mind is a goldmine. Mine it now for all it’s worth.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

How To Sustain Your Heart

Musician Milford Graves knows about rhythm - he was a New York based jazz drummer in the 1960’s and ‘70’s. He’s still a musician, except now he spends much of his time discovering how much music can help heal the human heart.

In fact, many doctors are saying that the research Graves is doing in his Queens basement is just as significant as work done in medical laboratories.

Here’s why. Graves listens to people’s heart rhythms using a whole range of tools, including a custom-built stethoscope and sensors. These pick up electrical impulses that cause the heart to beat. Then his computer gathers and sorts all the data, so that Graves can focus on the tiniest of rhythms, called micro-rhythms, within One single heart beat.

He says that a heart that’s healthy, just like a good jazz drummer – emphasizes triplets. That’s when you count 1-2-3, 1-2-3. It does Not emphasize eighth notes – 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-4. Having been a lover of triplets all my life, I find this news very exciting.

So if Graves thinks something’s wrong, he’ll actually manipulate the sound by speeding it up or slowing it down on his computer. Then he uses this counter-rhythm to try to nudge the heart back toward a normal pattern. After that, the manipulated sounds are put back into the volunteer’s body, either through acupuncture needles or through audible sounds.

Dr. Baruch Krauss from Harvard Medical School says what Graves is doing is not much different from what emergency doctors try to do for patients who come in with an abnormal heartbeat. Krauss calls Graves’ work “exciting, extremely original and innovative.”

What’s very clear is that sound affects your heart’s health. Whether you’re aware of it or not. And most aren’t.

Since your heart IS a musical instrument, it resonates with any and every sound your exposed to. Imagine that. It takes on the flavor, color, and speed of each negative or positive audible and inaudible sound.

This is huge.

Give your heart – and mind – some much needed R&R by creating a daily space for positively charged, high frequency sounds. Counteract the noise pollution that’s part of 21st century living.

Invest in the positive sound program that’s shipping throughout the world. The Secret Power of Words and Music is a not-to-be-missed 5 CD package. You’ll be oh so pleasantly surprised at how good you really can feel.

The Peaceful Warrior Speaks

One of my favorite authors is Dan Millman who wrote ‘Way of the Peaceful Warrior’ which was recently adapted for the movies.

Dan was the 1964 trampoline champion, the NCAA vault champion, the 1966 U.S. floor champion in Gymnastics and co-captain of the UC Berkeley team that won the 1963 NCAAs. Later he became head gymnastics coach at Stanford.

In a recent interview in International Gymnast Magazine he said that he wasn’t particularly talented, but loved the activity and learned that ‘everything is hard until it becomes easy.’

I can relate to another observation he made. Dan talked about trying a new move on the trampoline as a young boy and how great he felt because the challenge, focus and freedom always led to that “Yes!” feeling. J

Yes. I know how good it feels to spontaneously exclaim that powerful word.

More importantly is Millman’s firm belief that natural ability is only a small part of the equation. Here’s his take on how much your success depends on talent.

“When I was head coach at Stanford, I thought a lot about what creates physical talent – the ability to learn faster, easier, and rise to higher levels. Through my own experience, and having seen many gymnasts that no one considered talented rise to high levels of mastery, I concluded that what we call ‘talent’ is about 10-20% innate or genetic – good body type and so on – and about 80% developed through hard work.”

Yup, just what I’m finding. Everyone has at least one natural ability. Some don’t even know what that is. Or have forgotten what they love to do because their job has beaten the joy out of life.

No matter. Rekindle that flame inside of you. Fire it up to create something of value to you and others. Never waiver from you vision. Surround yourself with those things that support you in your quest. Welcome courses, CDs and books of the highest quality into your learning library.

Your goal in life is to develop at least one of your gifts to the fullest extent possible.

Never for a moment think that you don’t have what it takes. YOU DO. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Parents, siblings, friends, spouses – no matter who it is.

Just do what you need to do. Period.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

Less Pain, More Gain

Ever try meditating? You might want to after you read how your brain responds to really deep relaxation.

In one study, Sara Lazar of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston put meditators and non-meditators into an MRI brain scan.
She studied their brains’ structure and how they brains functioned.

"People who meditate always talk about lasting effects that go beyond the meditation session," Lazar said. "If so, the implication is that different brain wiring supports this change."

That’s exactly what she found. And more.

All 30 volunteers who had practiced meditation anywhere from one to thirty years had thicker brain tissue in two regions than the 20 non-meditators in the study. The two regions affected are the insula and the prefrontal cortex.

The insula controls your perception of pain. It also controls hunger, your perception of heart rate and breathing, and integrates emotion and thought. Pretty impressive. In other words, getting deeply relaxed not only helps control pain but gives you a whopping ‘I feel great’ syndrome.

The other part of the brain affected by meditation is the prefrontal cortex. It controls your attention, your memory and your decision-making. OK, so we add to the list, the ability to focus, remember and make quick decisions.

Pretty impressive. But wait, there’s more.

Your brain’s tissue loss slows down as well. This thickening, Lazar said, "gives credibility to the claims of meditators." So you feel great many years more than most other folks. Because normally the prefrontal cortex thins with age, but meditating slows down this tissue loss, she said.

The other good news is that tapping into high frequency sounds also takes you into a meditative state. That’s why Tibetan monks use Singing Bowls and chanting. The high frequencies in those sounds are incredibly powerful and immediate.

If great health, great memory, and happiness is what you want, utilize the positive sounds that aid you in your quest. Make it as easy as possible to get into deep relaxation. Order The Secret Power of Words and Music now.

How Desires Convert to Gold

During dinner with friends on Sunday, my husband shared one of his long-term goals.

“Hold the vision, and it will happen,” said one of our friends in reply. We’re both learning about the incredible results when doing just that. Namely, seeing in your minds eye, the exact thing you desire. Doing this at least once a day. And feeling as if it’s already accomplished.

This is verrry powerful. Because your desires actually control what you see.

In fact, there’s an ancient belief that your wishes, hopes and desires influence how you perceive the world. I have found this to be 100% true.

Cornell University just completed five separate tests that support this notion. Here’s what they found. 412 volunteers from Cornell were shown an ambiguous picture that could be interpreted as two distinct figures. For example a horse’s head or the body of a seal.

They were told they would receive a taste test of either fresh-squeezed orange juice or an unappetizing, clumpy veggie smoothie depending on whether they saw a farm animal or sea creature.

Well, you can guess which figure participants saw – the one that lead to the juice. Researchers had to make sure that the volunteers didn’t know what was going on. Meaning no cheating, lying or tricking. So they tracked automatic, unconscious eye movements which were completely out of their control.

Not only did participants routinely see the figure that gave them positive results, their eye motions showed they were Never aware of the alternate option being available.

Now lots of other scientists are supporting this extensive study. They’re realizing that the world of positive thinking and self-motivation is very real and very powerful.

How you interpret the daily situations of life holds the key to how you feel about the future. You see, envisioning and feeling good about your life Now ensures that your future Will be prosperous.

Are you ready for an initiation into a life of prosperity, joy and riches? Then look no further. Applying the secrets in The Science of Getting Rich for Creators program gives you all the tools you need.
