Sounds from Thailand

Got an email this morning from Martin in Thailand. His situation is so common, that I’ve decided to share it with you.

“Hey Tania,
You write some great stuff. Let me explain something about me. I live in southern Thailand. Thailand has a huge noise problem. Trucks, cars, and even the people. It's phenomenally bad. I wear earplugs so that I can concentrate on my work, even while I'm at home in a nice house, big garden, non busy street. It's just the outside "Thai" sounds really get in. Especially the low frequency, highly disturbing sound of trucks with no mufflers on them.

‘Anyway, it's just food for thought, maybe something you could write about. My mission is to educate the Thai people on this but meanwhile I need to get my online business functioning well.
Take care,
Martin Hurley

Martin, thank you for reminding me about the predicament so many people face. Namely, high volume noise pollution.

As most of you know, we left Los Angeles for a bundle of reasons. One of which was the ever present, come out of nowhere urban noises. Plains, trains, automobiles, construction – it’s hard to escape these highly disruptive low frequency sounds nowadays.

For all you city-dwellers who don’t plan to relocate to more quiet natural environs, I suggest you purchase top of the line earphones. I would recommend the Bose Quiet Comfort headset.

This headset cancels external noise before it reaches the ears. This means that you reduce external noise by electronic means – the headphones are designed to sample the external noise and then cancel this noise by generating its inverse electronically.

Did I just loose you?

Here’s a simple visual. Since sound travels in waves, you can cancel any sound wave by generating a New sound wave that is exactly the opposite in shape to the original sound.

So, in the future, technology will be able to make helicopters that run whisper quiet. Or make headphones that sound good in a noisy airplane cabin. Bose subscribes to this noise cancellation approach.

The headphones are designed to completely surround the ears. That way they offer as much isolation from external sound as possible. Again, aside from physically leaving your noisy environs, this is the best solution I have at this time.

These headsets are a good way to listen to high frequency music and words. Because of the positive vibrations in this music, it’s great to hear the whole sound spectrum. Use them with the 5 CDs that make up The Secret Power of Words and Music and you’ve got yourself a supersonic relaxation experience.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. In "The Ancient Mariner" Samuel Coleridge Taylor said,

"A noise like of a hidden brook In the leafy month of June,
That to the sleeping woods all night Singeth a quiet tune."

The quiet tune inside your heart is waiting to be heard. Access it now with the help of high frequency music.

How to Mine Your Subconscious Mind

This happens every day to thousands of people.

You walk into a grocery store to buy milk, located on the far wall. As you hurry down the aisle past bags of cookies, you have childhood memories of freshly-dunked chocolate chip cookies turning soft and chewy in a cold glass of fresh milk. After you grab some milk you find your shoe tapping to a toned-down version of the Rolling Stones' "Time is on My Side." Subconsciously you think, "Hey, if `time is on my side' why hurry?" You slow down just long enough to grab a bag of chocolate chip cookies ...

Look, I’m not a fan of cookies and milk. But I know how sound and smells and vision can work together subconsciously to make you do things.

First, here are the incredible numbers.

Your subconscious mind is a powerful receiving vehicle. There have been attempts made to measure the capacity of our five senses. By, for example, counting the nerve cells in the eyes, and calculating the amount of data each of those cells can transmit. Scientists have been able to measure this pretty accurately.

Here are some recent figures. They are translated into bits per second (b/s). Sight has a 10,000,000 b/s capacity. Hearing has 100,000. Skin (feel) has 1,000,000. Taste has 1,000. And Smell has 100,000 – the same as hearing. The grand total is 11,201,000 bits per second. Every second of our lives.

That’s quite extraordinary.

You can see that the ratio between sight and hearing is 100:1. What’s also interesting is that smell and hearing, two senses that are related, have a ratio of 1:1.

Now for the fascinating part.

The capacity of our consciousness has also been measured. It’s a bit more complex, so different figures have been reached. But they’re All in the region of 16-40 bits per second.

When you realize that we Receive eleven million bits per second, but are only aware of around 40. That begs the question, where does the rest go? I mean, that’s a ratio of 275,000:1. Some of these bits are telling your liver how to behave or deal with keeping your body temperature stable. But that still leaves a lot of bits.

Here’s my take on this how we digest all this info.

Those bits enter our subconscious mind, where they are filed away. It is up to us to make them conscious. We do that through deep relaxation. Meditation. Becoming so quiet that we perceive our inner world. That inner world is extraordinary. It holds the keys to instant and constant joy and peace.

You usually enter this space very briefly right before falling asleep and again, right before waking. Some really creative people are able to hold that Alpha state long enough to come up with beautiful ideas.

Everyone can access it for longer periods by meditating or listening to supremely tuned, positively charged music and words. These special sounds have the capacity to join the two hemispheres of your brain, allowing your creativity to blossom tenfold.

To use your instant tonic, this elixir of sound, listen to The Secret Power of Words and Music CDs and make contact with your subconscious mind. It’s not something to be missed.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

Turning Concern Into Action

Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start of summer, and our daughter Clara has been out in her kiddie pool all weekend. Asheville has had a few days in the 80s – summer’s definitely arrived early this year.

It got me thinking about, of all things, hurricanes. One of the many reasons we moved from L.A. is to eliminate that subconscious feeling of worry from our minds. Not concerning hurricanes, but earthquakes.

While I’m hearing birds chirping and feeling gentle breezes caressing the leaves of beautiful large trees, I wonder how folks along the coastal U.S. are feeling. Predictions of major hurricanes aside, there must be an underlying current of worry for people living on the Eastern seaboard and the Gulf coast.

The thing about worry is that it’s a negative thought. It zaps your energy whether it arises as a result of media assaults or legitimate concerns.

Truth is, worry never solved a problem or saved a life.

In other words, worry will never contribute anything of value to your life. Doctors, in fact, have proven that your ability to reason and think clearly declines when you worry. Not to mention other health issues created by this undercurrent of fear.

I recall someone saying that worry is 80% interest paid on monies which never comes due. How true.

So how do you eliminate worry.

If it’s caused by listening to the media – switch it off. Never let others make you feel negative. If your worry is legitimate, as in living in hurricane and earthquake prone zones, then take pro-active action. Both solutions have You taking your life back into your own hands by through action. This refocuses the mind and melts your fears rapidly, even instantly.

In order to get to that place, you’ve got to be relaxed. Otherwise, thoughts of rejuvenation and positive change won’t even cross your mind.

Getting into that calm Alpha state will show you the way like nothing else. You’ll be tapping into your immense inner resources instead of reacting to fears. Playing positively charged music and beautifully spoken words of wisdom greatly enhances this quest for peace.

So, stop paying interest on your life. Order The Secret Power of Words and Music 5 CD package now and make this summer the best on record.

Frank Sinatras High Frequencies

While I was watering a part of our garden yesterday, our next-door neighbor suddenly popped his head out his back deck door and asked me a question.

This young man recently moved up to Asheville from Florida. He’s quiet and a lover of music. Within days of moving here he had found my website, unbeknownst to me, and subscribed to this newsletter.

Yesterday, he asked me this.

‘How do you know what’s high frequency music.’

Good question, I thought out loud. I get my info originally by checking my innate, visceral response to what I’m hearing. Then I confirm my hunches by doing a lot of research. But some music hasn’t been researched this way.

He continued. ‘I love listening to Frank Sinatra. Is his music considered high frequency or should I throw out my CD collection.’

I quickly replied, ‘No. Please don’t throw out music you enjoy listening to.’

Then I explained that Frank Sinatra’s music is full of long beautiful melodies. His voice is gorgeous and soothing. I would venture to say, that his voice resonates positive high frequencies.

Beautiful melody and soothing voice are two qualities that in themselves make his recordings relaxing and rejuvenating. Sinatra also didn’t use low frequency thumping sounds to pound his music into you. He’s all about gentle story telling and joy.

Plus, Sinatra usually sang with a full orchestra. Strings and winds and horns add to the high frequency quotient. Especially in Sinatra songs, which are often on the slow side. Slow, meaning, their tempo creates a healthy heartbeat of around 60 beats a minute.

‘The Way You Look Tonight’ on The Columbia Years CD as well as ‘Everybody Loves Somebody’ are classics anyone can relax to.

Our neighbor was relieved. Look, any music that uplifts your spirits and slows down your breathing is good for you. The same goes for words. Wise words spoken with beautiful intent are powerful indeed.

Getting positively charged music into your system every day will change today from mundane to special. You’ll go from feeling like it’s ‘just another day’ to rejoicing in ‘how great a day it is today’. Vibrations have a funny way of doing that.

The Secret Power of Words and Music package is chocker-block full of these rejuvenating vibrations. Get your copy now.

How Your Gut Responds to Vibrations

My husband Clayton is recording the soundtrack to “Pirates of the Caribbean this week in Los Angeles.

Sound and music are crucial ingredients in any film. But do you know which movie used the violent effects of low frequency sounds on audience members.

You may remember the film “The Earthquake” which came out in 1974.

“The Earthquake” was unique because it introduced a system called Sensoround. It’s probably a good thing that I was too young to have seen this movie. Why?

Because Sensoround used Low frequencies so effectively.

On one of the soundtracks of the print, a signal was recorded that triggered an oscillator. This oscillator produced a low frequency rumble that was played through specially installed bass speakers in the movie theatre.

These negative low frequencies need bass speakers because they can often be below audible levels. But, truth be told, you’re definitely feeling them.

Here’s what happened to the audience.

When an earthquake occurred in the film, this powerful inaudible low frequency made the intestines of all audience members vibrate violently. It gave the feeling that the whole building was shaking.

Add to that the shattering audible portion of senoround and you had yourself quite the uncomfortable movie-going experience.

The point is that, had you been in that auditorium, your intestines would have vibrated violently whether you heard the soundtrack or not. That’s how powerful very low frequencies are.

Can you imagine? An inaudible sound vibration that’s so strong that it tricks the mind into thinking you’re feeling a major earthquake? An Immediate sensory experience caused by a vibration you can’t even hear? A negative oscillating wave that makes you feel fear. This technology has been around for decades.

In the same way, high frequencies are just vibrations. The big difference is that they have a positive influence on you.

Whether they are audible or not, they make you feel good. And that’s something we all need – a good feeling inside. The Secret Power of Words and Music CDs do just that - bring you good vibrations. This is music and wisdom combined in one powerful package.

Order your copy today and recharge your life in time for the unofficial start of summer.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. Using really low frequencies is not a new technology. It’s been applied more often than you realize. Because of its negative effects you’d be hard-pressed Not to provide your brain and body with a healthy antidote. Namely, positive high frequency sound. Get your five CDs now and use these frequent higher miles to raise your vibrations.

The Ripple Effect of Change

I overheard quite the curious thing last week.

Was just minding my own business shopping at one of our local farmer’s markets. With our daughter Clara in hand, I stepped up to a stand selling bio-dynamic greens.

A couple next to me asked the guy selling the produce where Bob was this season. Turns out Bob was running this bio-dynamic business up until this year.

‘Bob’s not farming anymore,’ this guy replied. ‘He’s renting out his cottages and making more in three days than he ever did in three weeks on the field.’

Good for Bob, I thought to myself. Then my thought was interrupted by one of the strangest responses. The couple, a man and a woman, both said, how sad it was that Bob wouldn’t be out in the field. What could he do now with his life. How boring it must be.

And so on. I looked on incredulously.

And I did something I usually don’t do. It was one of those spontaneous moments that can clear the air. I took a deep breath, turned to the couple and said, ‘You must have never had extra money in your pocket and the freedom to enjoy your days as you please.’

‘No,’ the man acknowledged, ‘we don’t know what that feels like.’

I continued, ‘Well, believe me, your life takes on a whole new meaning when you have time to create the life of your dreams.”

The person behind the stand chimed in and told the couple how happy Bob was now that he’s got more time and financial resources. And that he still was growing his own food.

This little exchange reminded me of how important imagination is. Without it we’re doomed to a monotone, colorless life of quiet desperation. With imagination, life is a limitless ocean of opportunities.

Imagination opens our mind to the future and makes it present. An open mind adapts quickly and readily accepts the fortunes life has to offer. It does this easily, because it has the courage to climb over rotten ideas. An open mind has the audacity to replace ideology with individuality.

One easy and powerful way to open your mind is to listen and relax to beautiful music and words of wisdom. The Secret Power of Words and Music is one such powerful sound elixir. Immerse your senses now.

Rap Music Spurs Violence

Rap lyrics can have as powerful an effect on people’s behavior as drugs and alcohol. A new study shows that fans of hip-hop and rap are more likely to drink, use drugs and engage in violent behavior.

There are two ingredients in hip-hop and rap music.

1. Lyrics that a spoken in rhyme.

2. Rhythms that pound the lyrics home.

This combination of message (words) and its form of delivery (pounding rhythm) is incredibly potent. I would even go so far as to say it can be dangerous. Because when the right combo of negative words and low frequency rhythm is used, a chemical change occurs in the brain.

Ironically these new findings were released only a few days after 32-year-old rapper Proof (i.e. Deshaun Holton), who was a friend of rap superstar Eminem, was gunned down inside a Detroit nightclub after reportedly shooting another man.

Unfortunately Proof's killing comes as no surprise. It’s as if these occasional life-robbing violent incidents are taken for granted in the rap world. Two of rap music’s biggest stars were gunned down in 1996 and 1997, respectively. You probably remember their names - Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G. (Christopher Wallace).

Previous findings already suggested that young people drink more alcohol, particularly malt liquor, because it’s promoted by rap stars.

The new research, reported in the current issue of the Journal of Studies on Alcohol, surveyed 1,056 community college students aged 15-25.

What did they find.

That there is a "strong and significant association" between listening to those types of music and engaging in those activities. That’s according to study author Meng-Jinn Chen, a researcher at the Pacific Institute for Research & Education's Prevention Research Center, in Berkeley, California.

Other music can have similar negative influences. Here’s what else this large study found.

That fans of "techno" and reggae music were more likely to do drugs and drink alcohol than people who weren't fans of these types of music.

It goes without saying, that I don’t listen to rap songs. But I know that rap lyrics often glorify drinking, drug use and violence. In fact one study from the 1990s found that nearly half of all rap songs referred to alcohol. Incredible, when you think that the goal of a composer is to glorify drinking.

Reggae music, meanwhile, is often associated with marijuana use; techno music, heard in the urban dance-club scene, has long been linked to "party" drugs such as Ecstasy or crystal meth.

In all these cases, the music has lyrics. Yet again, we have confirmation that certain combinations of music and words are As Powerful as any drug.

If you are ready to get relief from health issues caused by stress, such as fatigue, moodiness, anger, listlessness and illness, then help yourself to positively charged words and music. They are incredible tools that uplift the mind, rather than drag it further into darkness and misery.

We’ve all experienced sitting at a stoplight and receiving a mind-deafening pounding from a boom-boom blasting vehicle. Just thinking about it induces stress.

Here’s your powerful alternative.

Imagine walking into a garden. Feel the gentle breeze carrying the pristine sounds of nature. Then hear the harp and strings and flutes and horns perform a blissful melody. Emerging from the mist of sound is a beautiful resonant voice. Your mind is bathed in stillness. Your heart delights in the fragrance of these sacred sounds. The moment is timeless. You feel at peace.

Bring these beautiful sounds into your life. See the magic unfold.

Warm Regards,

More than Double the Performance

On Saturday I told you about the amazing new study that showed how listening to high frequency classical music during exercise more than doubles mental performance.

Pretty cool, right.

Sometimes it’s fun to learn how researchers went about proving their theory. So, I’m going to share their simple test with you – because it had such powerful results.

On the surface, listening to music is pretty complex. Because your brain has to sort out tones, and timing, and the sequence of various sounds to digest the music you’re listening to.

So, the theory was that listening to high frequency music should fire up the frontal lobe of the brain. The frontal lobe is the part of the brain that generates higher mental functions, like thinking abstract thoughts, and planning your future - what I like to call creative thinking.

Researchers used a simple but widely respected test to see if the frontal lobe became more active after participants listened to classical music while exercising. Each person was given a letter of the alphabet. They were told to generate as many words they could think of beginning with that letter. They did this before and after exercising.

There were two rules.

1. They couldn’t just add a different ending, like past tense to generate a new word.

2. They were not allowed to repeat any words. Which means, they had to remember all the words they already used.

Everyone was given one minute to come up with as many words as possible. Here are the results.

After exercising Without music there was no change.

But after exercising to Vivaldi’s Four Seasons there was a Huge change – more than double the mental performance, on average.

That’s a pretty remarkable result. And, I must add, that it didn’t take much. I mean, adding this music to your workout does not involve extra time, studying or thinking.

No extra work, just a brighter mind. Who wouldn’t want that.

Do this on a regular basis and you’ll train your brain just like you train the muscles in your body. Plus, positively spoken powerful words have a similar effect. So go recharge your frontal lobe now by listening to The Secret Power of Words and Music 5 CD package.

Warm Regards,

How Exercising to Music Clears Your Brain

Loads of research has proven that exercise is good for the body and mind. Now there’s an exciting new study out that shows the powerful effects of adding music to your workouts has on your brain.

The results in mental performance are pretty amazing.

First, I want to tell you about the study. Charles Emery of Ohio State University knows that exercise helps people feel more positive about their lives. As a lover of music as well as an exercise enthusiast, he decided to open a new window into his research and see what would happen if he combined those two passions.

Emery tested his theory on 33 men and women who were in the final stretch of their cardiac rehabilitation program.

All I can say to the results is “Wow!”

What music was used? High frequency classical music, of course! This time it was Vivaldi’s turn. His famous “Four Seasons” was played while each person exercised.

And the results are in: The participants performed More than Twice as well on a verbal fluency test after listening to Vivaldi’s music during exercise than they did after exercising with no music.

"When there was no music, there was no change," Emery says.

Why did he choose Vivaldi? Because previous research showed that the “Four Seasons” helped people with lung disease perform better mentally. You’re probably noticing by now that classical music has such a good track record that scientists can almost predict the positive outcome of their studies.

ABC News reports that the passionate, upbeat music of “The Four Seasons” stimulates your brain because it’s complex while retaining a natural order. So your brain is forced into organizing its cells.

Emery’s research focused on recovering cardiac patients, because they often suffer some mental decline as a result of being sick. But..

He says high frequency music works for Everybody.

Whether you exercise or not, and I hope you do, adding classical music is a good idea. Listening to inspiring words, spoken beautifully, also rejuvenates your mind. This kind of mental stimulation works for your brain like exercise works for your body. The more you do it, the more those muscles — including the ones Between your ears — stay in tune and function more efficiently.

Tune into joy and tune out of stress.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. In the next newsletter, you’ll hear exactly what mental task these people had to perform, and why the results should make everyone a fan of positively charged sounds. Get a head-start and recharge your brain cells now.

Your Gut Feelings

Our gut is our emotional storage center. Everyone has experienced ‘gut reactions’ to people, places and experiences.

You know that feeling of something stirring inside of your lower abdomen. I’m not talking about bad digestion. But that stuck-in-your-gut signal that says ‘listen to me now.’

Let me tell you what happened to me last weekend.

I had just completed my daily morning workout. My daughter Clara seemed happily involved in her own imaginary world. So I decided to continue with a Chi-enhancing relaxation exercise.

Basically the exercise involves lying on the floor, eyes closed, with my feet cradled on top of a Qi-Vitalizer, which swings them back and forth. I do this for ten to fifteen minutes.

So here I am with my arms stretched out by my sides and feet swinging. Pretty soon my gut sent me a strong message. I felt an emotion expanding in my abdomen area. You know, the feeling of having an apple or orange in your stomach.

I remained in a calm state, focused my mind and little by little the gut feeling melted away. It didn’t climb up into my throat as it can sometimes when I ignore it or wish it weren’t there.

I was able to release this gut-emotion because my deep, calm breathing opened up my mind. I stopped resisting and let go.

Listening to beautiful, calming music or words can also take you to this magical place. Your breathing will respond to these high frequency vibrations and take you to an alpha state of consciousness. Where you’re totally relaxed, and can release all sorts of stress – emotional, mental, and physical.

There isn’t a person on this planet who wouldn’t benefit from relaxing this way.

So go renew your mind and spirit now. Order the ultimate good vibration CDs – The Secret Power of Words and Music package Now.

A Golden Healing Tool

Music is one of the oldest tools used for healing all sorts of wounds – from physical to mental to emotional.

Plato, in his book ‘Charnides’, talks about the healing powers of music. Science has proven many times that music influences you both in good and bad ways. These effects are instant and long lasting.

For example, many Parkinson's disease patients can overcome the effects of the disease by listening to certain types of high frequency music. The music helps brain messages to organize and flow and puts the brain into a higher gear.

Most people have no idea how powerful the effects of music are. Here’s another amazing study that shows how immediately music is felt on the deepest levels of – unconsciousness.

Have you ever seen an epileptic seizure? You feel totally helpless. You’re watching a body out of control. Because the brain of an epileptic patient goes into overdrive while it fires an abnormally large number of neurons.

Dr. John Hughes is Professor of Neurology and Director of the Epilepsy Clinic in Chicago. At a recent American EEG Meeting in Baltimore, he gave a talk about how the music he used had actually Created epileptic attacks. When he verified that he had Not used high frequency music to create these attacks, he went back to his clinic with a CD of Mozart’s music.

John Hughes was stunned. Within a week he called Dr. Gordon Shaw, who had given him the Mozart CD, and said, ‘Gordon, you’re not going to believe this…’

What happened. Remember, the only change was that he switched to positively charged music - Mozart’s Piano Sonata K448.

The results were monumental. Mozart’s high frequency sound Reduced epileptic attacks in 81% of the tested patients. And it did so dramatically.

The amounts of time each patient had a seizure declined amaxingly from 62% Before the Mozart, to 21% During the Mozart, and back up to 50% After the Mozart.

More incredible is that some of these subjects where in a coma. Yes, a coma. What this proves yet again is that the highest frequency music, such as Mozart’s, is definitely a Very potent relaxation tool.

Then, when you consider the wide variety of reasons and causes of epilepsy, these results are even more dramatic.

High frequency music can cross bridges like nothing else can. That’s what makes this positively charged music such a powerful healing tool. Don’t forget – there are no side effects. No lingering drug-induced drowsiness. Just cellular regeneration – the natural way.

You’re doing your mind and body Big favor by playing this music for a few minutes every day. Get your high frequency dose Now.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. Stay tuned, because something new and exciting is coming your way soon. Stock up with your daily relaxation fix and prepare for the good news.

Who’s Really the Boss

Bet you thought that the combined weight of over 6 billion humans outweighs any other animal species out there. Or maybe, like me, you haven’t ever thought about it.

I guarantee you will after you read this.

Because I’ve got some news for you. From earth’s point of view ants are a lot more useful than we are. Yes, ants. First let’s look at the staggering issue of who weighs more.

There are approximately 10 million billion ants crawling around our planet. Now 1 million billion ants weigh about a billion pounds. Slightly less than the combined weight of every man, woman and child on earth.

Which means that the total number of ants outweighs us 10 to 1. Sounds like Hollywood has a story here. What’s the secret to this insect’s success?

This is how Harvard’s E.O. Wilson puts it: “Ants have evolved the Most Successful societies in the invertebrate world. With complex caste systems and…the most advanced way of chemical communication in the animal kingdom. This has enabled ants to be one of the most abundant and influential organisms on earth for more than 60 million years.”

Like I was saying earlier, from the planet’s point of view, ants are a lot more useful than humans are. Here’s why.

As scavengers, composters, pollinators, and predators of insects and small animals, they are essential. In fact, their loss would be catastrophic to virtually every ecosystem. Their good deeds keep us alive.

They are, as Professor Wilson has noted, the little things that run the earth.

You might wonder how they communicate. Ants produce squeaking high frequency sounds by rubbing two parts of their body together, usually waist against abdomen. They do this when they find food or are in distress.

Never underestimate your friendly ants again. They may know more about the mysteries of the universe than we do.

Including the power of high frequency sound. Get your copy of The Secret Power of Words and Music package to experience these relaxing, invigorating frequencies.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. Black Elk, famous Sioux Medicine Man, had this to say.
"One should pay attention to even the smallest crawling creature, for these too may have a valuable lesson to teach us, and even the smallest ant may wish to communicate with man."

Outer Space Sounds Stun Scientists

Primordial sounds are everywhere. Even in outer space.

You may remember NASA launching the Voyager spacecrafts back in 1977.

What you may not know is that NASA made sure that the Voyager I and II spacecrafts had microphones. These mikes made incredible recordings of deep space. NASA even released a set of CDs with these mysterious out-of-space sounds.

What they heard was stunning. Because deep space sounds exactly like a mixture of high frequency sounds found in nature - on planet Earth.

Here on Earth primordial sounds are a sonic mix of birds, dolphins, waves, wind, human voices, and other tones. They are high frequency sounds. When you listen to them, they’ll slow down your brain waves and cause profound relaxation.

Now scientists are listening to the rejuvenating sounds from outer space. Here are some out-of-this-world examples of what NASA found:

- The planet Jupiter sounds like the high-pitched cries of dolphins.

- Miranda, the smallest moon of Uranus, sounds like choirs of voices. Imagine that.

- Even more intriguing are the sounds that are produced by Uranus’ rings. They’re virtually identical to those created by Tibetan singing bowls used by monks during meditation.

These sounds are so powerful because they exist everywhere. And hearing them reminds you of your primordial roots. They’re what Carl Jung described as the collective unconscious.

Since sound travels 5 times faster through water than through air, and our bodies are over 70 percent water, listening to high frequency sounds is a great way to get total body stimulation.

Especially on the cellular level. Study after study has shown the positive healing effects on people’s cells from listening to high frequency sound and music every day.

Positively charged music is a great way to reap these cellular benefits. Recharge Your braincells when you hear the high frequency sounds on The Secret Power of Words and Music CDs.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

Furious Champion Breaks Down Walls

Derek Cherney is now a champion lacrosse player. Like most successful people, he had some obstacles to overcome. And unlike many people, he turned those obstacles into opportunities.

Here’s his inspiring story - taken from the Winter 2006 Amherst magazine. And retold in his and my words.

Derek started his lacrosse career in third grade, traveling to a nearby town every day. Even way back then, what made Derek so valuable was his speed on the field. Plus his attitude. He wasn’t satisfied with all the praise about how fast he moved. Derek wanted to make himself even better.

So, while other kids spent their time at recess playing football or basketball, Derek ran foot races with his long-time friend Terence Higgins, who’s now a member of the varsity lacrosse team at the U.S. Naval Academy. “Other kids looked at us like we were crazy,” he says.

After his junior year in high school he was denied the opportunity to play for a regional all-star team. Why? Not because he lacked the skills and drive. But because the coaches decided Cherney was too small to make the squad. He was furious and determined never to be held back again.

So he worked vigorously in the off-season building his 5’4” 140 pound body by adding 25 pounds to his growing frame. He also decided that, in order to prevent future disappointments, he would have to pursue the highest possible goals for the rest of his athletic career.

Pretty good stuff coming from a 17-year-old lad.

As a result, Derek has had tremendous success. “All of my achievements can really be traced back to getting cut from that Empire team. It’s forced me to strive to be the best at all times, and spend a lot of time keeping that edge.”

Talk about a guy who’s motivated.

Then he came to a crossroads. After two years at Amherst College devouring Division III records, Derek was sought out by several Division I teams. Every summer he played with top-level Division I players and they urged to transfer.

After being accepted into a top-tier Division 1 team, Derek was in complete agony and found himself very unhappy. Ultimately he decided to stay put at Amherst because he loves his teammates and his opportunities for true leadership.

This high achiever has a big heart too. He’s returning as co-director of the Difference for Developmentally Disabled program. “He’s always getting kids involved, starting games, bringing in a positive attitude and, most importantly, leading them to grow every week mentally and physically”, says Eric Lund, fellow co-director.

Here are Derek’s plans for the season:

“I really want to discipline myself and focus on my on-field attitude and body-language.

“I want to stay positive and upbeat at all times, letting my teammates feed off me and keep the excitement level up.

“If I do that stuff and continue to work hard, I think my game will just work itself out.”

Derek Cherney has it down. His goal is clear, his attitude is positive, and his mind is focused. Like any inspiring person, he has something to teach all of us. Because he’s alive. Because he’s converting his thoughts into action. Because he’s a learner and a doer.

Like Derek, you can take every opportunity to recharge your brain. Instead of feeling bruised, coast through life with the help of powerful, inspiring words and music. Get that soaring feeling Now. De-stress, calm down and unlock the force within you.

Carpe Diem!

Ancient Secret Unleashes the Power Within

My friend Rosemary has gone through some major life changes recently.

First she left behind a thriving real estate business to accompany her husband to the South Carolina coast. After a couple of years she got divorced, moved back to our city in the Blue Ridge Mountains and is now starting her business from scratch again.

Now, after a few short months, she is thriving again. There are two reasons for this.

1. She’s made change her constant companion.
2. She began utilizing an ancient secret.

Let’s look at number 1 first. Once Rosemary made her decision to restart her life, she stopped being afraid of change. Instead she welcomed new developments and recharged her life. In fact, normal inconveniences such as moving and starting a new business became stepping stones instead of obstacles.

Now for the Ancient Secret.

Rosemary was also looking for that special someone. So she decided to apply the Law of Intention. She wrote down all the qualities she wanted that person to have, describing her ideal mate in great detail. She overcame her skepticism about doing something she once thought was silly. By writing her intention down, Rosemary allowed herself to feel as if that person was already part of her life.

When I saw her yesterday, she told me that she had found that incredible person. He has all the qualities she wrote down and more. They met at the Y where she recently joined.

I know that all this happened in a matter of a few short weeks. Because last I saw her, she had not written down this list.

The awesome thing is that Rosemary is still amazed at how well the Law of Intention worked for her. By overcoming her skepticism and taking a plunge, she’s changed her life forever. The quick results she got have convinced her to apply this law to every part of her life.

The willingness to change coupled with The Law of Intention are great tools to recharge anyone’s life. That first step, the initial plunge is often the hardest but also the most gratifying.

To speed up your results, motivate yourself every day by listening to the inspiring words on The Secret Power of Words and Music 5 CD package. By alternating these words of wisdom with beautiful, calming music you’ll jumpstart any intentions you have in a Grand way.

Get your music and word transformational tool Now and watch the magic unfold.

How Classical Music Impacts Computer Performance

Just got wind of another study about the effect classical music has on your mind.

72 participants at Wichita State University were assigned to one of three groups – a Classical, Punk or No Music group. Users were allowed to communicate with one other participant, within the same group, anonymously.

They were assigned to…

Assume they had been stranded on the moon. Now make a list of the 15 items they would need to survive in order of most important to least important.

The computer program made a random music playlist for each participant. In addition, every one received a different randomized Version of the playlist.

Half the users had a 10 min. time limit and the other half was given an unlimited amount of time to complete the task. Each pair of participants communicated with each other until they agreed on the ranking of the 15 items, or they ran out of time. All pairs listened to the same type of music, but in random order.

OK, now for the results.

Punk and No Music groups were totally outperformed by the Classical Group. Time limit or no time limit – didn’t matter. The Classical Music Group boosted the performance by 39%-43%. And that’s not all.

The Classical Group people performed better Despite communicating more with each other with ‘off task comments’ such as jokes and emotions. You know, personal stuff. Because classical music has a way of making you feel so good that you open up your heart and mind. The effect is that your mind has breathing room to receive and utilize new information.

(Other research supports this – participants listening to classical music were more likely to disclose personal information than those listening to no music.)

As a result these more relaxed participants not only joked more and shared more emotions, they appeared to be more Involved in the task. That means that their problem solving scores were higher. By a considerable margin.

Conclusion is this. By helping the participants to relax, classical music enabled their brains to focus and concentrate on a higher level.

You can duplicate these results. Watch your mind relax instantly when you hear the uplifting, relaxing sounds on the The Secret Power of Words and Music 5 CD package. These are anywhere, anytime relaxation tools. Order yours Now.

This Guy Has Good Vibrations

Just returned from Tampa, Florida where I was exposed to some really good vibrations. And I didn't even go to the beach.

In fact, I hardly spent any time outside, which is unusual for me. I was exposed to these good vibes inside a hotel. You see, my husband Clayton and I were in Tampa to learn. And learn we did.

Because our teacher is a master of good vibrations. He’s Matt Furey.

Matt doesn’t beat around the bush. He understands what makes people tick. And I mean, he Really gets it to the nth degree. So when Matt speaks, people listen.

Every sentence coming out of his mouth is about self-development. He can’t help it. Not only that, he never stops gathering new information himself. Imagine your teacher being open to any new ideas you might offer. Don't know a lot of teachers like that.

By allowing everyone to participate, Matt boosted the energy of that room into the stratosphere. And because he's so calm and centered, his vibrations lit up the place like a giant light bulb.

Being exposed to that kind of energy is a huge key to recharging your life. Any highly successful person, as Matt will tell you, searches for and learns from the great teachers, past and present. That's the secret to true enlightenment - a constant state of learning.

To facilitate your good vibrations include reading and listening to great books and music. Good Vibration Music gets your brain rejuvenated in no time. A relaxed mind is an open mind. And an open mind digests new ideas rapidly.

Take it from me. Surround your senses with those things that bring you good vibrations. Be they people, places, books, or positive sounds. Seek out All of the above for best results. You’ll never regret it or look back. You’ll take your life to another level. Get your fast-start to good vibrations Now.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. You too can experience Matt Furey’s awesome vibes. In his October Seminar he'll teach the secrets that made him who he is today - the Zen Master of the Internet. Hell show everyone that Anything can be sold online. Not only that, for the first time, he'll reveal the mind-shifting secrets that changed his own life. I’m already signed up – wouldn’t miss this event for anything.

9 Secrets to a Longer Life

The length of your life is intricately tied to your Overall health. Genes help, yes, but how you feel inside and out is even more important.

Scientists know that humans should live longer – a lot longer – but can’t yet put their finger on what it is we need. What you eat, whether you exercise, what you think about all day and whether you take things in a calm stride or not, will ultimately determine how long you live.

New info from a recent issue of National Geographic seeks to prove this.

“The Secrets of Living Longer” focused on several regions where people live significantly longer and healthier lives. These residents produce a high rate of centenarians. Their disease rate is a fraction of what people in other parts of the world suffer and die from. What’s most important though is that they enjoy more Healthy years of life.

Here are the 9 keys to success that I compiled from this article:

1. Okinawans believe in “Ikigai”, meaning “that which makes one’s life worth living.” A strong sense of purpose acts as a buffer against stress and diseases. Find the purpose for your life and you’ll have found peace as well.

2. A lean diet is also a factor. A typical meal in Okinawa, Japan consists of a heaping plate of vegetables, tofu, miso soup, and a little bit of fish or meat. This kind of meal has fewer calories and many more healthy nutrients than a small hamburger. We eat only raw veggies, fruits and nuts/seeds.

3. The main ingredient in miso soup are sea vegetables. Most non-organic food is irradiated. Irradiated food has no enzymes, which are vital for proper digestion. According to research done by Yukio Tanaka at McGill University, sodium alginate, an ingredient richly found in sea vegetables, can reduce the deadly effects of toxic strontium-90 by up to 80%. The way these sea veggies work is that any radioactive element is transformed and excreted out of your body as a harmless salt. Cesium-137 is best chelated by the blue-green family of sea veggies. Just go and get a variety of these from your health food store.

4. Another key factor to longevity is that people in these regions grow much of their own food. One scientist from the University of Minnesota called these kept by Okinawan centenarians “cabinets of preventative medicine.” They included herbs, spices, fruits and vegetables, such as Chinese radishes, garlic, scallions, cabbage, turmeric and tomatoes. All contain compounds that block cancers from starting.

5. Keep lifelong friends. A great friend enhances your life as much as a great partner does. When you cherish these beautiful relationships, you cherish your life.

6. Be active every day. Connect to nature with walks in the sun. Find a physical exercise that stimulates your mind and rejuvenates your body.

7. Share your work with your spouse or partner. Include, collaborate, ask for their input – sharing your work will stimulate more creativity to new levels.

8. Find a space each day for stillness and contemplation. I practice magnetic Qi Gong everyday. You can meditate, practice Yoga (which combines exercise with meditation), sunbathe or just lie down quietly. Positive, rejuvenating music enhances these activities even more.

9. Read, read, read about others who live a life of health and bounty. You can never get enough info on how to make your life as prosperous and healthy as possible.

“Today is the tomorrow you hoped for yesterday.”

Music Keeps Marines Sane

Last week a CD titled ‘Voices from the Frontline’ was released, on which you can hear marines and soldiers make music to offset the emotional strains of being stationed in Iraq.

The one constant theme throughout the CD is the idea that music is therapy.

Marine Cpl. Mischelle Rae Johnston regularly sang and wrote lyrics into a tape recorder her mother gave her. On ABC News she said, “Music was my outlet, my escape from the repetitive tasks, the stress. My body stayed grounded, but my soul, mind and spirit were free to wonder.”

Johnston and her colleagues know about acute stress. They realize on a very deep level that words and music are powerful stress releasers.

It’s natural to have to counterbalance all emotional, mental and physical strain with the stuff that uplifts and calms. Otherwise, the residue would build up and eventually make you physically or mentally ill.

And music is the ultimate relaxer. Whether your making music or listening to it, positive sounds have a way of reaching into your state-of-mind and recharging it instantly.

A great analogy comes from doing bodyweight exercises. Good workouts have you flex and relax your muscles many times. It’s natural after straining or flexing your muscles that you then need to relax them.

We all need to alleviate mental and emotional stress as well. Having daily time for rejuvenation is as crucial as sleeping. Whether you take a nap, do yoga, qi gong, meditate, stretch, take a walk, or partake in some positively charged music, you’ll be the better for it in the short and long run.

You won’t find an easier way to get recharged than by listening to The Secret Power of Words and Music 5 CD package. This is much more than just brainfood – it’s the total body/mind/spirit rejuvenator.

A copy of this phenomenal program is reserved for You Now.

Are You Sabotaging Your Health

It’s no wonder the average American wakes up, gets caffeinated and slugs through the day until the next caffeine fix.

Last week a new report came out about the average amount of time Americans spend commuting every day. The implications are enormous. Especially when you start looking at monthly totals.

Americans spend, on average, 2 Hours a Day commuting to and from work.

That adds up to 10 Hours a Week and a whopping 42 Hours a Month. So, within a month, many people loose a week’s worth of their productive life.

Commuting is draining. You’re existing in a kind of no-mans land of non-productivity and stress. To make matters worse, you get onto your cellphone and drive like you’re legally drunk. Then you turn on the radio and kill more braincells with pounding, energy depleting low frequency music and news.

Yes, bad news deflates your life as much as anything. And news these days is mostly negative. It's very effective in making you feel ineffective. And listening to it day after day has a way of numbing your mind into a kind of stupor. On top of that, most news is punctuated by in-your-face commercials, another energy depleter.

Added together, radio is a life distractor gone haywire. No rewiring of your brain cells happening here.

Oops, I haven't even mentioned traffic. Did you know that sitting in traffic subconsciously makes you worry about getting there on time. Even if you don't have an appointed time you need to get somewhere. Even if you left home early. Worrying is natural when you feel stuck.

Our minds and bodies were not designed to sit in traffic. It may seem like second nature to a lot of people, but that’s only a sure sign that stress to them is considered normal.

The one good thing you can do while commuting is listen to motivational CDs, be they spoken or musical in nature. This will be time well spent. Because you’ll transmute all the negative byproducts of your commute by getting a rejuvenation fix.

The Secret Power of Words and Music 5 CD package will give you endless hours of uplifting listening. Whether you’re sitting on a train or bus or driving your car to work every day, you’ll arrive at your destination with a mind refreshed and a body relaxed.

Remember, good health is a reflection of how you feel inside and out. So take in the positive sounds and feel the force within you.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French
