How To Stop Snowballing

While getting my hair cut in a small salon I overheard this intriguing conversation between two women.

“Wow, look at that pile.”

“It’s a big stack and there’s another one at home.”

“It snowballs quick, doesn’t it.”

“Yeah. What’s really a drag is that the bottom line never moves.”

You probably guessed what the topic was: Paying bills. I used to postpone that task as long as possible myself. Wasn’t happy about doing it one little bit. I kept a stack going and tried not to pay too much attention. Of course, I was just fooling myself.

My subconscious mind was trained to associate bills as being a baaad thing.

I admit, at one point in my life I wasn’t too bright about monee. In fact, you could’ve called me an imbecile. A totally clueless moron. Not only did I see our bills pile up day after day – the weight of that knowledge left me tired and listless. Really, I was sleepwalking through life.

But did I change that habit. Nooo.

I didn’t understand one of the principle laws of generating prosperity. I actually believed that by paying bills at the very last minute gave me more money.

WRRRONG.

Now I know what all people with money know. Pay your bills as soon as they enter your home. Why. Because otherwise, you owe money. Daah. It doesn’t feel good nor will it generate more of the stuff.

You won’t believe how good it feels to not ever see a bill pile up on your desk.

Applying this powerful principle has changed the flow of cash into our bank accounts. It’s really remarkable how Not accumulating bills will accumulate riches.

Paying what’s due as soon as it comes to your attention makes you feel better. No more burden to carry around. No more guilt. You sleep more soundly. You’re just plain better off paying all bills on time every time.

Doing this one simple thing will change you.
