The Yin and Yang of Great Vibrations

When the right words pour out of you like a bubbling fountain you feel simultaneously calm and exhilarated.

Same goes for anytime the left and right hemispheres of your brain light up. Question is, how do you get into this state of total focus and relaxation.

By saturating your immediate environment with aural frequencies, and even beautiful scents, your creativity can go through the roof. Why is this. Because highly programmable music actually activates BOTH your brain’s hemispheres.

It’s like turning on a switch and not one, but two light bulbs light up.

There’s tons of info out there on how to think. But not much on how to get yourself to a space where your creative juices are given an automatic green light. Where you consistently come up with one great idea after another.

This is what all the great masters knew how to do.

They took themselves to an optimal place. A place where they felt totally open and vulnerable. A place where they felt completely free and in control. Sounds like a contradiction. But here’s the secret.

Being vulnerable and receptive is one side of the coin. The flip side – activation. It’s the age-old concept of yin and yang. Can’t have one without the other.

Though most people are blind to this powerful truth. They either slump back into the lazy chair and de-activate both sides of their brain - or they’re heading, usually at high speed, into pressure and stress. That’s really no way to live. And you most definitely won’t create anything of value being a wind-up toy.

I’ve had too many experiences where turning on positively charged music has catapulted me into the stratosphere of creativity. Funny thing is, it’s so easy, and yet such a well-kept secret.

Want to really program your mind with great ideas. Then listen to these special sounds and rub the stuff of magic into your copy.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French
