Your Gut Feelings
Our gut is our emotional storage center. Everyone has experienced ‘gut reactions’ to people, places and experiences.
You know that feeling of something stirring inside of your lower abdomen. I’m not talking about bad digestion. But that stuck-in-your-gut signal that says ‘listen to me now.’
Let me tell you what happened to me last weekend.
I had just completed my daily morning workout. My daughter Clara seemed happily involved in her own imaginary world. So I decided to continue with a Chi-enhancing relaxation exercise.
Basically the exercise involves lying on the floor, eyes closed, with my feet cradled on top of a Qi-Vitalizer, which swings them back and forth. I do this for ten to fifteen minutes.
So here I am with my arms stretched out by my sides and feet swinging. Pretty soon my gut sent me a strong message. I felt an emotion expanding in my abdomen area. You know, the feeling of having an apple or orange in your stomach.
I remained in a calm state, focused my mind and little by little the gut feeling melted away. It didn’t climb up into my throat as it can sometimes when I ignore it or wish it weren’t there.
I was able to release this gut-emotion because my deep, calm breathing opened up my mind. I stopped resisting and let go.
Listening to beautiful, calming music or words can also take you to this magical place. Your breathing will respond to these high frequency vibrations and take you to an alpha state of consciousness. Where you’re totally relaxed, and can release all sorts of stress – emotional, mental, and physical.
There isn’t a person on this planet who wouldn’t benefit from relaxing this way.
So go renew your mind and spirit now. Order the ultimate good vibration CDs – The Secret Power of Words and Music package Now.
