Turning Concern Into Action

Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start of summer, and our daughter Clara has been out in her kiddie pool all weekend. Asheville has had a few days in the 80s – summer’s definitely arrived early this year.

It got me thinking about, of all things, hurricanes. One of the many reasons we moved from L.A. is to eliminate that subconscious feeling of worry from our minds. Not concerning hurricanes, but earthquakes.

While I’m hearing birds chirping and feeling gentle breezes caressing the leaves of beautiful large trees, I wonder how folks along the coastal U.S. are feeling. Predictions of major hurricanes aside, there must be an underlying current of worry for people living on the Eastern seaboard and the Gulf coast.

The thing about worry is that it’s a negative thought. It zaps your energy whether it arises as a result of media assaults or legitimate concerns.

Truth is, worry never solved a problem or saved a life.

In other words, worry will never contribute anything of value to your life. Doctors, in fact, have proven that your ability to reason and think clearly declines when you worry. Not to mention other health issues created by this undercurrent of fear.

I recall someone saying that worry is 80% interest paid on monies which never comes due. How true.

So how do you eliminate worry.

If it’s caused by listening to the media – switch it off. Never let others make you feel negative. If your worry is legitimate, as in living in hurricane and earthquake prone zones, then take pro-active action. Both solutions have You taking your life back into your own hands by through action. This refocuses the mind and melts your fears rapidly, even instantly.

In order to get to that place, you’ve got to be relaxed. Otherwise, thoughts of rejuvenation and positive change won’t even cross your mind.

Getting into that calm Alpha state will show you the way like nothing else. You’ll be tapping into your immense inner resources instead of reacting to fears. Playing positively charged music and beautifully spoken words of wisdom greatly enhances this quest for peace.

So, stop paying interest on your life. Order The Secret Power of Words and Music 5 CD package now and make this summer the best on record.

Warm Regards,
Tania Gabrielle French

P.S. Pythagoras said, ‘Concern should drive us into action and not into a depression. No man is free who cannot control himself.’ Act now for immediate results.
