Are You the Owner or the Owned
You can’t hold conscious and/or conscious contradictions in your mind and win the money game.
Neither can you have a mental, emotional, spiritual or philosophical split and remain healthy.
Because your mind and your thoughts consume 85% of the energy of your physical body, according to scientific research.
So, let’s say you’re having a conflict with money. You may think there is something inherently unwholesome about money. And so money will be always a dominant issue in your mind.
In fact, you will be owned by it without ever owning any of it.
You will dwell and dwell upon how money is the root of all evil and yet want to have it at the same time. This divide will drain you of energy and health. Because you’re living in conflict.
In addition, if you believe that money is corruptive, your unconscious mind will tend to avoid acting on opportunities that would lead you to greater prosperity. If you run away from money, whether you do this consciously or unconsciously, you will be forced to chase it. That’s the law of opposites.
The more your thoughts swing the pendulum in one direction, the more it has to compensate and swing the other way. It’s pretty simple logic, but how many of us apply this law to what we’re thinking about.
A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things. –Ecclisiastes (ch. X, v. 19)
So just remember this.
If you feed your mind two conflicting sets of instructions, you will never prosper. Tackle your thoughts now, investigate what you have been taught, and only keep what you know to be of value.
